I genuinely think Silver needs to get his edge back. A lot of fans misunderstand his character, and I honestly believe that comes from the western writing of Sonic 06 - especially the voice direction. In the English version, Silver’s tone made him sound more awkward or “nerdy,” which wasn’t really the intention of his character. If you listen to the Japanese version, the difference is huge. He sounds deeper, more serious, more determined - like someone who’s actually carrying the weight of a ruined future on his shoulders. That shift in delivery completely changes how you perceive him. It’s frustrating how not just Sonic 06, but so many franchises in general, end up feeling watered down in western adaptations because of how they change the plot significantly. Silver was meant to be intense and driven, not misunderstood as soft or clueless. I really hope he eventually gets the characterization he deserves - the strong, focused, future-warrior energy that made him compelling in the first place. He literally did not hesitate and the poor guy was all alone.

#WUTheSeriesEP7 lord he’s not crying, not breaking down, he’s staring out into nothing, and that’s even worse. Basically living his life questioning whether he can be WU, the loneliness of being reminded that there’s a place where everyone else fits, and he’s told that he doesn’t. Burscough football club would not like to only wish Goodie a massive good luck but we would like to thank him for some great memories in the short amount of time he’s been here. Goodie has been recalled by Everton to go back into the Squads. In the time he’s been here, he’s been a massive personality and a great keeper. He will be hugely missed on and off the field. We will continue to support and watch as his career progresses as we know how far he can go. What a player, what a kid and thank you to Everton for your help. The other night I was home alone and turned the dryer on before I went to bed… there was a blockage of lint on the external line (I had even just cleaned it recently 🤯) and it started smoking, and the dog I rescued from the shelter alerted me at 2am and saved my house from catching on fire. As of today, he has had a cheeseburger everyday since in gratitude of his protection of our home. The person that had him before thought he was worthless, but to me Jack’s is priceless. ❤️🐶
