Waste money on this if you wish but I am an election judge and here is how it works. When you come into the polling place, you have to identify yourself. We check to see if you are a registered voter with the master database. To be a registered voter, you must be a citizen. So if you are not a citizen, you can’t vote in Cook County, Illinois and I think it is similar in most other places. once you have voted, you cannot vote again in my precinct or any other. So send in the ice people and make sure you pay them handsomely because they won’t have anything to do.

They will just use mail in ballots. Of our elections aren't secured with better oversight, this won't matter.
