One of the reasons I talk about Warhammer 40K Space Marine 2 so much is because… For the most part, the linear 3rd PersonShooter, Genre ended when the 8th Gen started. Nearly Everything had to be open world and/or have bloat. This is what we used to have. From XboxSeriesX

Another thing this game does well is research your time… There’s no bloat, Collectables / Open World stuff are completely optional. Skip most drive sections if you want. I miss the era of games like this. From XboxSeriesX
