It's really wild how many of these accidents aren't really accidents are they. They're bad decisions and inattentive driving.

Kinda looks like that might be the case too. It's why a lot of businesses now put out cones whenever they park on or near the side of the road.

I can’t imagine the driver of that car was still alive . Their front end slipped right under the vans back end. Holy Cow! Distracted driving? They didn’t even slow down.
