I took the difficult decision to expand the ULEZ because it will save lives. More than four out of five vehicles won’t be affected & our new scrappage scheme will help low-income & disabled Londoners, businesses, sole traders & charities switch to cleaner vehicles.

It wasn’t difficult. You were always going to do it! It’s always been about the £’s,

London will become a wasteland, good luck in finding people / trades to go into London, they just won’t bother from outside

Must of been a really difficult decision to charge all those families that are struggling. Don’t give yourself too much of a pat in the back. You’ll go down in history as the worst mayor ever

You were always going to do it regardless of public opinion. ULEZ is nothing more than a scam.

Liar! This will save no lives but will raise millions in fines especially in outer boroughs where there is poor public transport provision.

Absolute tosh Those people, during a cost of living crisis, still have to be able to buy that new vehicle Heathrow workers commenting from Hampshire, Surrey, Wiltshire and even Berks have no public transport option for 4.30 am starts and 11.30 pm clear times
