made some improvements to the volleyball computer vision model: — program now works for indoor and beach volley — added an optical flow algorithm to compensate for camera movement during play same workflow using roboflow rapid + SAM3 + python, more details in QT thanks to everyone who sent a DM, i'll work with a few people to improve the model with more footage and camera angles. i'll get back to everyone who messaged

We’re back with another great ladder rep-scheme workout! 💪🪜 Add volume to your workouts while getting some serious strength work done and adapting to managing your fatigue. You will only climb the ladder as far as you are physically able. As you progress, you can add additional reps to the ladder. Perform three rounds of a 1-to-4 rep ladder on the following three exercises: kettlebell swing kettlebell goblet squat kettlebell goblet lunges (per leg) The sequence looks like: 1 rep of kettlebell swing + 1 rep of goblet squat + 1 rep of lunge per leg, then 2 reps of kettlebell swings + 2 reps of kettlebell goblet squats + 2 reps of lunges per leg, then 3 reps of kettlebell swings + 3 reps of goblet squats + 3 reps of lunges per leg, then 4 reps of kettlebell swings + 4 reps of kettlebell goblet squats + 4 reps of kettlebell lunges per leg. Once you get to 4, rest for 90 seconds before repeating for two more rounds. As you progress, work your way up to performing a 1-to-10 rep ladder with these exercises. I love preacher curls because you get a mix of stability with the bench and instability of the bar. Stick your upper arms on the bench to make the most of your sets instead of using it as a way to rest your elbows and swaying back and forth to move the weight! #FursuitFriday

Took my son to the gym today. Working on dumbbell press and row mostly (empty bar is a little too much for him). Finished it off with 6 deadlifts at 300lbs. I don't love these reps, but they felt easier than 295 for 5 last time. Progress is progress.

This exercise should be mandatory for people who sit at desks that exercise on a regular basis. It's called an Ankle Mob. Due to prolonged sitting & comfy shoes our ankles get tight. This sets off a chain of tightness in our bodies, which limits our performance in our workouts. The ankle mob helps your knee track over your toe, which gives you the mobility needed to squat deeper with less restriction. Before doing this exercise do the wall test to see how tight your ankles are: 1. Face a wall & get into a kneeling position 2. Lunge forward as far as you can while keeping foot in place 3. Measure how close your knee is to the wall Then do this exercise & retest mobility. You might be surprised at what you find. A wide grip upright row is one of the more useful but misunderstood exercises people do (or don’t do). It’s not a trap exercise (although some traps are involved for sure). It’s a side delt exercise. Don’t think about pulling the bar up with your hands. Think about driving the elbows out and up. It’s a lateral raise, but holding a bar…. My clients often get confused when I explain it that way. But if you can disassociate from “pulling up” and associate with driving elbows out and up you’ll engage and feel exactly where it’s supposed to hit. Elbows should finish a few inches above the delts. Notice I’m using straps? It’s not because I NEED them. My grip isn’t going to fail on these with 50 lbs. I’m using straps so that I can relax the hands and forearms and only think about my elbows. It helps. I like these for higher reps although you can absolutely go heavier on them which is one advantage of these over lateral raises.
