I understand AJ’s frustration with reported attendance numbers. The methodology isn’t consistent from market to market. Here’s just one example of an announced crowd of 9,107 in Orlando. No matter where you stand on attendance reporting, there’s no way this is 9,000 people.

IFPI has released an interview with its Deputy Director of Global Markets, Tom Bendall, explaining how their data is collected as of March 20, 2026, this confirms that JENNIE’s Ruby sales were not included in this year’s report due to the label not submitting the data. “(…) So if I give an example, if the reporting companies submitted revenues of 70 million, and they contributed 70% of consumption in a market for a reporting format, then we'd extrapolate up to get a total market size of 100 million. What this means is that ultimately we have accurate and consistent reporting across every single market globally.” In example: they collect data from companies/labels that actually submit it, then they use that submitted data to estimate the full market Key point: if something isn’t submitted at all, it can’t be counted in the first place. it took them long but they’ve finally addressed the matter. Here’s a video of the first coach load going into Crowborough in the middle of the night. There were over 14 police cars in attendance late last night. This is how much of your taxpayers’ money is being spent. Coaches, police escorts, and overtime, all to protect and manage this operation while local services are stretched to breaking point. Meanwhile, residents are told there’s no funding, no resources, and no capacity for the things that actually matter to our communities. People deserve to see what’s really going on. Watch. Share. Make it make sense.
