Her credibility has clearly taken a hit, and I’m simply suggesting that she might not be as concerned about it if she believes she’s fighting against those who threatened her. Even though she's not.

[WATCH] MY AVAILABILITY FOR LEADERSHIP. The issue of myself contesting or not contesting will be discussed in 2027. The matter of standing for a leadership position is closed till next year. If I was to comment on whether I’m standing or not standing I would be fuelling a debate that the organisation has reserved for next year. In 2027 after we’ve won the local government elections I will have an answer. When delegates sing that the SG has content it is an acknowledgement of that has been done and doesn’t go to my head. It is an appreciation of their Secretary General.

The fact that it’s not even addressed, I think, is a major oversight. And I think that for young people, it was a huge part of the environment. I can tell you for myself as a candidate during that cycle, there’s no way that it was an ignorable issue or totally immaterial. So I think that it’s a real disservice to not speak to that or include or assess that.
