I uploaded 200 pages of raw court documents to NotebookLM. It created a true crime podcast that is better than 90% of what's out there now... And ends with the hosts debating the ethics of the genre 🤯

It's incredible, but I wouldn't listen to this for fun. There's no dialog between the hosts. It's more like a script read by two voices. They never ask surprising questions or engage me emotionally. Doesn't seem too far away tho

Better than 90% of what’s out there now you say?

I mean, I listen to a lot of true crime podcasts and it’s shockingly difficult for the hosts to stay on topic for more than 2-3 minutes as a time

notebooklm is still underrated. The quality is impressive.

Would you ever want to try a fully-customizable conversational model? @JellypodAI allows choose your hosts, have some say in the script structure, and auto-publish to Spotify/Apple Podcasts....

Wow And they said AI couldn't have original ideas? In a few years we'll be reading bestsellers created with the help of AI

Did it hallucinate

No - the full episode was 10 minutes and all true to what was in the documents. I was impressed as a lot of it was scans of photos, PDFs, etc.

I did a true crime podcast for fairytales based on years of my writing

i dont know if this will be used by games like rockstar studios for more engaging radio, or if it will end up on real radio shows.
