Elgato sent me a a Stream Deck with a functioning LEVER attached. You can crank it to control the stream. I immediately set up a trap door for Twitch Chat, which opens any time I pull the lever. This is actually so satisfying to use.

Hey Elgato and BrickinNick . I did it! I gave the incredible Lego Stream Deck the ability to control my stream. The tactile feedback is lacking, and the buttons cant change their image, but hey.. you cant have it all.

I saw it sniffing around the trash can, it saw me and approached the door. It wouldn’t leave, so I gave it some of Okonkwo’s food and then it sat on the deck watching me. I don’t like cats and not sure how to deal with it.

Lately I’ve been seeing a lot of jelly-like UI components, so I decided to make my own in #glsl, running on WebGL! I adapted the volumetric raymarching technique I use in my shaders and built a custom SDF for an iridescent keycap-style button that works as either a slider or a simple push button. The jelly feel comes from elastic easing functions that drive the SDF deformation. The scale, rotation, background, and color palette are all fully configurable.
