I used Replit ⠕ to build a GPU graphics vibe coding platform. Three. Hours. Haven't seen a line of code. Supports remixing, previewing, rolling back, privacy settings, likes. Replit automatically set up the AI integrations using Opus, authentication out of the box. Absolutely insane.

@Replit @jordwalke, Replit's efficiency in setting up AI integrations surely accelerates development, freeing your time.

@Replit the guy who created react shipping a whole platform without writing code is genuinely the most compelling argument for vibe coding i've seen. when the framework author doesn't need the framework anymore, that's the signal.

@Replit three hours to a working platform is wild but the real story is how fast non-coders can now ship

@Replit I didn't code. I was acting as a non-coder.

@Replit I could look at that as screen saver all day

@Replit Super cool, where did you get all inspiration for the effects?

There’s an import feature when I just pasted in some examples from shader toy (no way I could build these shaders from scratch). But I can take existing ones and vibe code them to change and evolve them. Or use one as an inspiration to implement another. The LLM can pull out what I like about a shader and apply my own ideas to it

@Replit Amazing results. Didn't know about shader toy. I'll have to try this.

@Replit so the creator of React is out here shipping platforms without touching code. three hours with GPU graphics, rollback support, and auth built in. honestly the best demo of where things are headed 👀

kinda crazy how fast that stack comes together now. i’d still be paranoid about what’s actually happening under the hood though we’ve pushed AI-built stuff like that and immediately showed a few “oh that’s not what we expected” moments once real usage hit.

@Replit Nice, curious how the GPU perf holds up at scale though

@Replit @jordwalke I am starting to think that perhaps this is the next logical step at @replit which is text to ml text to AI etc

@Replit I’m having success with replit for sure but I’m having trouble fine tuning what I’ve built. Everything mostly works but there are little bugs that I spend hours on sometimes only for the agent to suggesting an earlier checkpoint to start over. Really love replit though

Here’s what I do. Prompt 1: Describe what you did to trigger the bug in your app. Describe you expect to happen. Describe what happened instead. Ask agent to add tons of logs for every code path that is related to this interaction or code. Tell it to come up with a theory about what will happen when you repeat the interaction in your app after it’s done adding logs. Tell it that after it is done you will then go repeat the action in your app. <do the action that triggers the bug> Prompt 2: “I just did the action. Examine the logs and see if this matches your theory. If not, come up with a theory about why, and attempt a fix” Repeat
