A year ago, these streets were engulfed by war and armed clashes. Today, however, the scene is different. Although the devastating scars of war are still clearly visible, life is gradually returning to the capital. Sudanese families are returning to their homes, businesses and shops are reopening, and the city is slowly but steadily rebuilding itself, step by step. #KeepEyesOnSudan
