I always thought the thing that impacted Keri’s career the most was when she released that video to The Way You Love Me.

THIS is what killed her career. Her second album failing killed her career. Labels divesting from supporting r&b acts in the early 2010’s is what killed Keri’s career. Not Beyoncé and not Beyoncé fans.
