It's a font file containing all of the glyphs for HyperCard's tool palette, likely created by Kristee Kreitman and Marge Boots (credited in the app for Graphic Art).... show more

I was testing the new image-to-video option today, and I love it. Step - by step guide in comments 🔽 I can do 95% of a workflow without switching between apps. Image generation, Image to image with style reference, background removal, background generation, and 2 frames image to video. I remember working on this shot early in the morning before work, and one day when the rough #animation was complete, I went to open the file and it was corrupted. By some miracle I was able to get it working again, but I think this took me the better part of a week to animate.

From 30 years ago, a spacecraft I designed and rendered using POVRay for an animation I created portraying the diversion of a comet using a nuclear weapon. This wasn't designed in a modeling program, it was hand drafted and the geometry transcribed into POV Scene description language by hand.

Font morphing [orbit] Last month I spent a lot of time creating sphere projections. I wanted to take this further by extending UILabel and mapping each glyph, making it possible for letters to spin in space. Love this as a metaphor for the text 'thinking'.

Hello artists, I have a problem! I'm looking for a way to fix this issue in Clip Studio Paint: As you can see in the video, my shadow layer is clipped to my base color layer, but it's still stretching the color to the edges of the base color. I've tried looking for an option or something to fix this, but haven't found anything. I've changed my brush settings, created a new brush, etc., but nothing works. I went back to Paint Tool SAI and saw that when I make a selection, it doesn't do this in Paint Tool SAI. So I tried it in Clip Studio Paint, and unfortunately, the problem persists. It spreads the color to the selection edges where Paint Tool SAI doesn't. If anyone has a solution, a better-programmed brush, an add-on, or anything that can fix this problem, I would be very grateful!

You may not know this about me. During COVID I attempted for 3 years to build a bridge from the farm gate to the local town. We were the center of the plate of many local restaurants, as well as portioned controlled meats for major food distributors. We went from 6 to 46 employees 20k a month to 800k/month. But it didn't just take my 46... it took a constellation of other people filling in the gaps. Tearing it down was just as much work as building it. I am proud of where I stand now with everyone involved. I grew more with that storm. For a while I was embarrassed that I couldn't make this thing run forward. One day I decided to look at it from a different angle. I decoupled experience from failure. Today I want to facilitate whatever it takes to pick up the pieces of what I learned to help whoever it is that wants to be part of the change in direction. I don't want to own the damn thing. I want to find the missing pieces of the puzzle so we can build back better.

So Nabil Gabol was ahead of the curve in terms of nutjob politicians using this quote. I dug a bit and it seems to come from a 1998 novel by Jonathan Ames title "The Extra Man" in which a character attributes it to Napoleon for comic effect. The book was adapted to film in 2010

Four years ago, I was laying in a hospital bed for a routine procedure when a new tune came to me. It was just before Rosh Hashana and the words of אתה זוכר, which were ringing in my head, fit seamlessly with the melody. I knew there was something "Ribo" about the song and wanted to have Ishay Ribo - ישי ריבו sing it. Unbeknownst to me, Ishay had already been thinking of a duet with Mordechai Ben David for a while, and they were waiting for the perfect song that would compliment both of their styles. It seems MBD liked the song as well because "אתה זוכר" was born not too long after! I couldn't be more proud of the results. I hope you are as inspired listening to it as I was writing it.

No way I'm sharing this for free I just found a tool that lets you drop a whole video template into Claude and it breaks it down for you clip by clip. then Claude can swap the character for a new one rewrite the entire script in your tone even make the video longer if you want. the crazy part is it does it all in one go from your conversation. In January, we lost 15 cows to January Disease. The dip in Gutu near our homestead is about 10kms away, so the lads on the ground often didn't bother going. Ticks where the cause. I built this app so that I could micro manage all our remaining 35 cows as I was just too removed at the time. Now that I'm here, this tool still is invaluable. I've tided it up and now its available for everyone, free to use. If you're in the diaspora or on the ground, get rid of the spread sheets and whatsapp message scrolling and get in total control of your herd! live now on

Their cars are featured in the music videos for This Kiss, Good Time, Cut to the Feeling and now On Wires: Fun fact: Fiat is the very first car I owned when I first moved to LA. For ten years I ripped around in that bad boy. I wasn’t what one would call “car savvy” and so it was about three years in, during my drive to a session one day that I finally tried the button for the sun roof. I was on the phone w my dad at the time, middle of the highway and started screaming…”oh my gawd I have a convertible!” That story lives on as one of my family’s fav “oh Carly” moments. Anyways, thanks to Fiatusa for all the support over the years. And for that hot little convertible x

This week I got to interview Hamish McArthur for Climbing Gold. One of the interesting nuggets was that he said one of his gifts as a climber (besides being the first person to climb V17 in a session…) was his ability to quickly assess and learn from his movement. It inspired me to start videoing attempts on the board, and lo and behold I sent a few things with subtle tweaks to body position, etc. I guess I may have to join modernity and start using video as a tool more…

So remember that time machine I told you about? I managed to sneek out another video from my visit to the future.. this time I captured video of a 3d artist creating assets for a short commercial. They sculpted the bird in the video with nothing but two controllers which they used to manipulate generative matter in 3d. The AI model changed in realtime and adopted their style of work, both based on the work they did on the scene, and on reference images they gave the system. Seeing the 3d model transform in realtime as they were working on it was incredible. When it started moving and reacted to their instructions, I knew it was time to return to the present :D #art #ai
