I’m heartbroken. I don’t have many words other than to say I’m truly devastated and deeply sorry to everyone who showed up to the main stage, and to those watching the livestream at home. Having the opportunity to perform the new ÆDEN show and share all the new music and art means more to me than I can express. It’s incredibly painful, especially after working day and night for the past year, not just me, but my team and the Coachella crew, who poured everything into this. Safety was and always will be our biggest concern. The dangerous winds not only prevented us and Coachella from building our stage, but also made it impossible for my entire live setup and performance to operate safely. Unfortunately, there are no other slots available for me to perform the ÆDEN show this weekend. I’m working on a solution to bring you some music at least, but I don’t want to impose on the other artists’ slots. Updates soon. I’m so sorry. Matteo

before pumpfun livestream feature is updated, before my account goes big and before I got some money, before everything, there was this token the beginning was so small at that time(over 2 years ago) rug was still rampant and I thought like 'why wouldn't they grow their project bigger rather than rugging at 10k?' sadly I became one of them now but regareless of it, I launched it just for 100% fun with buying 1 sol and turned on camera at TG group just for fun too someone said, "yo bro you should keep doing this this gonna be hella huge" so I did it I still remember the 2 guys who carried the whole project with max shilling and leading community members: Noble(this guy was pretty mean to me lol but still he was a goat) and Cassius(actual goat) it was a pure joy I did a stream 24/7 even while I was sleeping at TG and people were having fun in here(one girl took off her shirt when I was sleeping and I fucking missed it 💀) and my big bro Tyrelle Anderson-Brown came into my coin and helped me with 2 sol. Of course, there was so much happiness and fun but lot's of ego and trauma because I did not know how to control my emotions or my thinking. I am not suggesting I have become a robot because you are actually a robot if you only ever listen to the programming and narrative you have grown up with and developed through programming and drama. I don't always know what's important and that old unreasonable person pops up now and again but I see him more clearly. I don't always catch him quick enough before he kicks off but I'm better at self regulation until I get on here. I guess, reading hateful posts about people's differences, the 'trans' obsession and now the 'Hijab' I get very upset. We would all be happier if we were kinder. I know, I'm going to get called 'kidnapper', violent this and that but because I know it's not true I just try to block those people. The radiator story is just fiction. Made up for pure sensation and it obviously worked. I am surprisingly objective about myself. I know what went down in my life because I was there. I am working on a new book. Possibly title 'How To Be Famous'. I also want to make my own documentary. If you think that's narcissistic then again you just don't know me. I don't hate JK Rowling or anyone, even those who have caused me pain. Hate is conceptual and it is, as the saying goes, like taking poison and expecting someone else to die. I can't promise I won't respond to haters but I will always try to be funny and surreal. Those of you who support me despite my shortcomings. I just love and adore you.

Exactly five years ago Fahim & I launched the very first version of NMKR. Back then NFTs were completely new, Native Assets on Cardano just became a thing, Cardano had no support for Smart Contracts & the Spacebudz were barely 1 month old. NMKR was still called NFT-MAKER and our primary colour was blue, not green. Fahim designed the page & I built NFT-MAKER v1 in a few days, while writing my final university thesis (about creating a Metaverse on Cardano btw). There was nothing going on in Cardano, no dApps, no users, nothing. ADA price was at less than 10ct (if i remember correctly) and all of Cardano X was just Stake Pool Operators shilling their Stake Pool to other Stake Pool Operators. NFT-MAKER became incredibly popular very quickly, even though you could only mint 1 NFT at a time and the tool was super rudimentary. But people liked it and we minted I believe almost 50,000+ NFTs just with NFT-MAKER v1. Then NMKR Studio launched a few months later and changed everything. Today 5 years later, with many very high highs & low lows I look back and can proudly say: We're still here. And even though the market has changed a lot, the team has changed, cofounders left, we almost ran out of money multiple times + all the other hard things we had to do, we've adapted and have shown resilience. things i stopped doing ever since i realized our subconscious mind is no joke: 1. stopped believing everything on the internet emotionally charged information grabs attention and sticks in memory, making persuasive content feel more convincing than it really is. whenever i see content that isn't helping me become the person i want to be, i block it, tap "not interested," and train my algorithm instead of letting it train me. just because someone says something with conviction doesn't always make it universally true. 2. stopped identifying with what i didn't want psychologist daniel wegner's ironic process theory shows that the harder you try not to think about or do something, the more likely it is to come back. instead of saying, "don't be anxious," or "don't relapse," i focused on the behavior i wanted instead. i focused on where i wanted to go in life rather than where i didn't want to go. 3. stopped neglecting stress long term stress raises cortisol, making it harder to think clearly, regulate emotions, and make good decisions. motivation isn't enough. i had to calm my nervous system first. relaxation became a requirement. 4. stopped listening to music without intention repetition strengthens neural pathways, and emotional experiences are remembered more easily. when lyrics are paired with a catchy melody, they become easier to remember and reinforce through repetition. so i chose music that supported the person i wanted to become. 5. stopped thinking catastrophically the brain constantly filters information and prioritizes what it expects to find. when i expected problems, i noticed more problems. when i started expecting opportunities, i noticed more opportunities. changing your expectations changes what your brain pays attention to.

things i stopped doing ever since i realized our subconscious mind is no joke: 1. stopped believing everything on the internet emotionally charged information grabs attention and sticks in memory, making persuasive content feel more convincing than it really is. whenever i see content that isn't helping me become the person i want to be, i block it, tap "not interested," and train my algorithm instead of letting it train me. just because someone says something with conviction doesn't always make it universally true. 2. stopped identifying with what i didn't want psychologist daniel wegner's ironic process theory shows that the harder you try not to think about or do something, the more likely it is to come back. instead of saying, "don't be anxious," or "don't relapse," i focused on the behavior i wanted instead. i focused on where i wanted to go in life rather than where i didn't want to go. 3. stopped neglecting stress long term stress raises cortisol, making it harder to think clearly, regulate emotions, and make good decisions. motivation isn't enough. i had to calm my nervous system first. relaxation became a requirement. 4. stopped listening to music without intention repetition strengthens neural pathways, and emotional experiences are remembered more easily. when lyrics are paired with a catchy melody, they become easier to remember and reinforce through repetition. so i chose music that supported the person i wanted to become. 5. stopped thinking catastrophically the brain constantly filters information and prioritizes what it expects to find. when i expected problems, i noticed more problems. when i started expecting opportunities, i noticed more opportunities. changing your expectations changes what your brain pays attention to.

Today I ran into a condition that everyone here is probably familiar with: what I call a brain melt (“poplava”). No point beating around the bush – my mental health has been on a roller coaster, albeit well within the boundaries of psychiatry, since 2015, when I lost my first pregnancy. I developed a full-blown clinical depression, and for years I stubbornly refused to treat it with medication because, well, wasn’t I supposed to be strong enough to handle it on my own? By the time I finally agreed to antidepressants, I was in terrible shape. I’d gone through a second pregnancy loss, then had a baby, started supporting the whole family with a full-time job when my son was only three months old, and then COVID lockdowns hit. In hindsight, I’m incredibly lucky I was already on antidepressants when the full-scale invasion began. During the first two years of the war, I burned through every reserve I’d built up over the previous years – mental, physical, and financial. Then, in 2024, I simply hit a wall. I became deeply immersed in the reality of what was happening on the front line, in the occupied territories, and in the filtration camps. A criminal case was opened against me in Russia, my bank accounts and PayPal were shut down, and the Russians even identified my home in Belgium. It was… eventful. That’s when I had my first real, proper poplava. For the first time in my life, I developed severe headaches, obsessive thoughts that went round and round in circles, and, simply because the state itself became unbearable, suicidal thoughts. Thankfully, I seem to have been blessed with a fundamentally resilient mind. I recognized what was happening, went to my doctor and psychologist, and together we figured out what to do next. I know my level of stress isn’t comparable to that of people who live under constant shelling. But because of the work I do, it’s still rather a lot. It is just a different kind of stress – highly unpredictable. You never know where the next blow is going to come from. I’ve never used any hard medication, thankfully, so my mind has always been clear. I drink alcohol very rarely, I don’t smoke, I don’t use drugs, I stay physically active, and I try to get enough sleep. All of that helps. Over the past year, I’ve managed to get my mental state back to something close to what it was before the war and, in many ways, I’ve finally found a sense of inner peace. That said, these days almost any stressful event still triggers the same pattern: looping thoughts and headaches. I know the signs now, so after something stressful happens, I gently start checking in with myself. “Hang on… how many times have you thought this exact thought already? How many times have you sent that message? Are you getting unnecessarily combative in the comments? How’s your head? Maybe an ibuprofen? Maybe some passionflower?” Usually that’s enough, and I can get back to work. Still, I have a feeling that one day I’ll end up living in the woods, praying to a wagon wheel, with the internet permanently switched off. But only after the war is over. I guess I owe you all money for today’s therapy session.

My first meeting with Harmanpreet Kaur lasted only a few minutes, to fix an interview. Looking back, though, it's an interaction that changed the questions I asked and the stories I chose to tell. It was just before the 2016 T20 World Cup. I was in Ranchi covering my first international assignment in women's cricket. Like any young reporter, I had done my homework beforehand. Then I spent the week putting faces to the names, and learning their stories. And when I finally met Harmanpreet, I called her by the wrong name. It was an honest mistake. I was mortified nonetheless. Harman, however, barely reacted. She brushed past it just as effortlessly as I had blurted it out, and carried on with the conversation. It was an embarrassing mistake, one that the overthinker in me couldn't move past. But Harman's non-reaction honestly hit me with the hardest reality of women's cricket. My First Car 2022— A Lesson I’ll Never Forget I have always wanted to share this story. When I found this car, it had been abandoned. I was young, ambitious, and excited about the idea of owning my first car. I didn’t see a broken-down vehicle ,I saw an opportunity. I started putting my savings into repairing it, believing that one day I would finally drive my own car. But reality was very different. The car only made it onto the road about five times. The longest I could drive was about 3 kilometres before I had to stop and let it cool down because it would overheat. I even took it for painting. Unfortunately, I was cheated. Someone apparently used house paint, and whenever it rained, the paint would begin coming off. 😔 Nine months of my savings disappeared into that car. Sometimes when I remember how much time and money I put into it, I honestly feel like crying. The painful part is knowing that those nine months of savings could probably have bought me a much better car maybe even a brand-new one. But today, I choose to look at it differently. That car taught me something no classroom could teach me. When you are young, ambition can make you move faster than wisdom. You see the dream, but you don’t always see the cost. I made mistakes. I trusted the wrong people. I spent money I probably shouldn’t have spent. I learned the hard way. But I was trying. I was a young person trying to build something for myself. And perhaps that’s what makes this story emotional for me. When I look back at that young man in 2022, I don’t see a fool. I see someone who had a dream. The car failed me many times, but the experience didn’t. It taught me to be wiser. To ask more questions. To inspect before investing. To understand that sometimes the cheapest opportunity can become the most expensive lesson. That car may have only travelled a few kilometres on the road ,But it took me much further in life. I woke up with anger one day and drove the car to some petrol station uptodate I have never tried to call anyone or ask anything to anyone I just moved on

1:05:11 I finished 1st 🥇 on my age group and 5th in the male category. I failed my ambitious goal of sub-60 but I was very happy with my race. And I have a nice goal to chase for the next few months. All the staff at the Hyrox venue knew us! I even talked to the manager of Hyrox Turkey/Dubai/Greece. His name his Mustafa and he let my wife inside the athlete zone to shot videos for our YouTube channel. It’s my first Hyrox and the energy is insane. Everybody is fit, sexy and topless. There’s a DJ and MC so it feels like a gym-club in Bali. No surprise this sport is growing so much! This little experiment is engraved in my head. The last 2 weeks have been surreal. Getting paid $112,000 to race, receiving a fancy car at my hotel lobby, getting recognized by a lot of people, my first race… so many things to process!
