I went on an indefinite break from VRChat world creation back in May, with the intention to explore other platforms/options. I won't be returning to VRC as a world creator anymore, the break from it is now permanent. So what did I choose? Standalone games for platforms like Steam....

Jacob Tierney discusses his process for writing Heated Rivalry and outlining season two: "The book [Heated Rivalry] is in five parts and very quickly I was like, part one, episode one. Part two, episode two. It was very clear to me. …So in this case, I actually did not outline. Because I was just using these parts of this book, and I knew these books so well at this point. Something that I did, and that I'm trying to do again now when I'm writing the new season, is I'm trying to use—Because there's a dreaminess to this show, I try to use my memory as a guide. I'm like, what do I remember? And then I try to give primacy to the stuff that I remember and that has stuck in my brain all these years with this story. So I’m like, oh I have to do that! And that's a nice way for me to kind of center things. Where if I have to do that, then it means maybe I don't have to do this, and it maybe means I want to combine or collapse different things. Because if this is going to take up—If one incident that I'm thinking of is going to take up the space in an episode that I think of as the heart, …then you don't need to do a first version of it in the same way, you know? Little things like that. That being said, for this season because I'm working with a co-writer as well, we have outlined everything. And every time, I do approach outlining like a teenager, where I'm like, [modulates voice] I don't want to. But then when I do it, I'm always like, why don't I always do this? It makes everything so much easier. So I kind of gaslight myself in that way." ✍🏼 transcription via Heated Rivalry News & Updates. Q: It must be complicated, when I listen to you, to have a private life, somebody to understand your passion and to share this moment. Lewis: "It really is, especially I would say more so today than ever before, which is the way the world is, you know. I look at the other drivers and I wonder how they're doing it. You know, some are having kids and some married, some, you know, most of them girlfriends. I did that when I was in my 20s, but I took a decision to really to maximize my time that I have here because it's not as long as you think and it's limited, you know. And I don't want to look back and be like, ah, if I just gave a little bit more here, I didn't sacrifice my time because I was committed elsewhere." "So I really focused in these last, you know, particularly these last 10 years, like get everything I can out of my performance. Then when I retire, then I can do whatever I want. You know, I can dedicate my time to whatever else it is and not have to worry." "But in this competition time, focus on health, well-being, my mental health, my driving technique, being as good an engineer as I can be, and also being the best teammate that I can potentially be for the guys that I get to work with. That's my sole focus. You know, I want to win." "I've been fortunate enough to win with great teams in the past. Particularly, obviously, with Mercedes and with McLaren, which was incredible. And my dream is to win a championship with Ferrari." "And that's something that hasn't been done for a while. But they have absolutely every ingredient that's needed to win. It's just like getting all the pieces of the puzzle in the right place. And that's what I'm trying to work on in the background with Fred and the whole team." [📹 VIGNERON GAETAN]

💬 minghao i want to watch you ski 🎱 how do i put it.. these past few years i feel like i cherish my life more. like previously, those bungee jumping, parachuting/skydiving, i wanted to try them. but really as i grow older, for adventurous things, things that are life-threatening, gradually i will try not to do them. my work intensity is already so demanding. although i'm playful and like these kinds of challenging things, things that push the limits.. i feel like no matter what i do, what if i injure myself? and like with concerts, comebacks, and some schedules, i've already made my body so weak, and if i continue to do these extreme things, i'm afraid just suddenly.. right? maybe i might be okay but accidents, you'll never know where they'll come from. [giggles] so really, i feel that if you're still young and have dreams and have the things you want to do, at this moment, you have to do it. because when i was young, although i don't feel like i'm getting old nor feel like my age is too advanced, my mentality is still really youthful. the truth is i'm still not old. but for me previously, a few years ago, whenever i wanted to do something, i'd definitely do it, so as of now i don't have anything that i particularly regret. never feel like 'in the future/later when i'm so on and so forth then i'll do it', at this moment you want to do it, just go and do it. you want to meet anyone, you have to go and meet them. want to do anything, you have to go and do it.

Rick Rubin tells Andrew Huberman how he deals with creative or writer’s block. He treats his work like a diary entry (and doesn’t worry about internal or external judgment): ➡️ “What's the cause of the block? The block is usually something that's either personal ("I'm not good enough") or it can be a confidence issue ("I don't have anything to say") or it could be...thinking about someone else ("nobody's going to like what I make"). Do you know what I'm saying? So, it's either fear of self-judgment or external judgment. If you're making something with a freedom of "this is something I'm making for myself for now", that is all [you have to do]. It is a diary entry. Everything I make is a diary entry. The beauty of a diary entry is that I can write my diary entry and you can't tell me that my diary entry wasn't good enough. Or that [the diary entry] is not what I experienced. Of course it's what I experienced: I'm writing a personal diary for myself and no one else can judge if it is my experience of my life. Everything we make can be that: a personal reflection of who we are in that moment of time. It doesn't have to be the greatest you could ever do. It doesn't have to have any expectation that it's going to change the world. It doesn't have to sell a certain number of copies for any reason. It doesn't have any of those things at all. It is "I'm making this thing for me and I want to do it to the best of my ability and to where I feel good about it". [The work] is honest of where I'm at and if you're living in this world of just being honest to where you're at, there's nothing blocking you. There are no blocks. The blocks are all based on dealing with a different force or a different perception that is made up.” ⬅️

สัมภาษณ์คุณอิงจากรายการ Zor TV ดูได้แล้วนะจ๊ะ ที่ Engfa in an interview with Zor TV •I chose to work in the entertainment industry because this is my dream. It's what I've dreamt of since I was young. There're always new challenges that give me a chance to prove myself. Now that I've been at this point, I think it's a success and I'm so proud of myself. •There're 2 selves: the work persona and the home persona. When it's the home persona, I'd wear no makeup and dress casually but when it's the work persona, I'd dress more elegantly and have to be very meticulous when it comes to work. I'll allow myself to feel relaxed when it's the home persona but when it's the work persona, I'll become more serious. •Sleep. When I have time to rest, I'll sleep as much as possible. In terms of activities, I like watching films and spending time with my dog, Keiyw. •The first thing is having a lots of fans, fame and money and becoming successful in a very short time. It's a big leap of success. Another changes are the way I live my life, how I become more mindful, how to use social media and being an inspiration for younger generations. •My dad because he can do everything if you want to do. I used to think that I wouldn't be able to do things if I think I couldn't. But when I think of my dad who believed that he could do everything if he wanted to, I tell myself that if I want to try doing something, just do it and finally I can do it. So I think that a person can do a lot of things. As long as you have determination and patience, you can be successful like (winning in) a beauty pageant. •I like everything. What is my no.1 passion now is acting in films and no.2 is singing and dancing. As for no.3, I still have a passion in beauty pageant. •Slow down. Slow life. Having better work-life balance. Maybe work less and stay at home. Retire from work, stay with dogs, surround myself with garden and veggie patches...something natural. Work less and slow down. •If everything in my life becomes successful, I'll go around the world for travel with my family. I want to travel around the world and the first place that I want to go to is Switzerland. It's a beautiful country that I love so much and want to visit. If all of my work becomes successful, I'll spend one year travelling around the world. Note: I don't post the full clip here though. Please watch it in the YT channel to increase the views. #อิงฟ้ามหาชน #EngfaWaraha #อิงฟ้าวราหะ Engfa Waraha (ตัวจริง)

"And so sometimes like God speaks to me, I think primarily God speaks through me through action. And I think he speaks through everyone through action. You know, we like to talk a lot, but not a lot of people like to live it out. And I make mistakes, but I want to try to live it out to the best of my ability. I think secondly, through the way of communication, I've always had a heart to make complex ideas simpler to understand because I'm not a smart guy. I have a hard time reading Shakespeare and complex literature, so I like doing that. But sometimes I'll be sitting and talking with someone, and I feel like God tells me something about the person. They're struggling with something or if they've got a physical ailment and I'll ask. And sometimes it's true. Sometimes it's not. I'm not not discouraged if it's right or wrong, but if it's right, sometimes God speaks through that way. Those are a few ways God speaks through me, but, but the intrusive thing is so beautiful because I think he can speak to everyone intrusively and it is so sweet when it happens. And it was, it was happening this morning to me in the shower, which is so sweet and beautiful, you know. I struggle a lot with what people think about me because I've always struggled with people pleasing before being a Christian. And so, you know, if I'm misunderstood or someone takes something in the way that I didn't say it, I get hurt because I'm like, oh, I didn't mean it that way. Or, you know, whatever. So I'm kind of talking to Jesus and I'm in the shower praying and I'm going, man, God, I want to be more like you. I want to be how you want me to be. I want to love you. And I want to be your son. And I just want to focus on being yours. And I don't want to care what other people think. And this, this and that. And Jesus was speaking to me about some practical things I needed to do. Like it would help you if you, you know, stopped looking at what people say online. It would help if you deleted Instagram. And it would help if you did this. And, it would help if you would just trust other people to do what they're supposed to do. So you can focus on being mine. And I'm sitting there in the shower going like, wow, this is so good. And it's so hard, but it's so good." Bryce Crawford, Minister

More moves to AI-first living. Got the Genspark browser that just came out. One thing I notice is that I like having separate browsers working on different tasks. I'm not a big user of MCPs, since I'm not really a developer. Are you? They have a store of a bunch of MCPs available to use. Most of my AI work is research related, or answering emails and scheduling things, I'm focusing more of my effort there. Genspark has been shipping a ton of stuff the past few weeks, from ability to make slides to a new AI secretary that can schedule things, or help you answer your emails. First I looked at, "does it make sense to move over to this new way of working?" The problem with that is you gotta learn a new browser. Well, it looks like Google Chrome, except it has a prompt window. Click the icons underneath it and you will see you can add X, Notion, Google stuff like calendar and gmail, or a variety of others. But the real power is just talking to it. I asked it what kinds of tasks it can do, and it answered: "Just tell me what you want to accomplish! For example: "Research the latest developments in spatial computing and create a presentation" "Analyze my Gmail for any important emails from this week" "Find information about AI robotics companies and create a spreadsheet" "Generate a video about emerging tech trends" "Help me plan a trip to CES 2026" And so further into AI-first living I go. Have you tried it yet? What do you suggest I do next to use more AI to run my life and build my business? I have another browser tab building a video for me. What a beautiful time to be alive. The sense of presence in VR is something amazing. And it is what convinces me that sooner or later, VR will succeed. VR is now in one of its down moments. That's why, in these harsh days, I wanted to get back to feeling what made me fall in love with this technology: presence and immersion. I took some very good-looking PCVR experiences, like Half-Life: Alyx, or AirCar, and tried them at the maximum resolution possible on my Dell Pro Max T2 Tower, featuring an #NVIDIA RTX 6000 graphics card. Until a few months ago, I was using my old laptop, which started to show throttling issues, so I was used to lowering the render resolution, while this time, I was moving the slider up and up. The results have been astonishing: even a demo like AirCar made me in awe again, and Half-Life: Alyx was as immersive as I have ever tried it. As much as I love standalone VR, because I think it helped a lot in democratizing the technology, the WOW sensation that you can try on PCVR today is still unbeatable. Probably a good compromise between the two can be cloud rendering, but we still have to wait for it to become a reality. The sense of being somewhere else is a wonderful sensation, and everyone I demoed VR to all these years has been amazed by it, too. And every day, something makes me feel "there" (like today), I remember why I love this technology and why one day it will have a higher adoption. Sure, there are a lot of problems to solve, but I'm convinced one day it will happen. When? Well, it is always 5 to 10 years, every year... #VirtualReality #VR #technology [Disclaimer: I mentioned the PC model because I'm a #DellProPrecision ambassador, and I have been given the PC to do tests and experiments and share my results.
