A black man…in Colorado…who owns 1,000 acres of land…is being harassed…his livestock are being killed…his dogs are being poisoned…his family is being threatened…simply for existing. Not because he hurt anyone, assaulted anyone, harassed anyone…

Simply because he’s black in Colorado with 1,000 acres & his supremacist neighbors MILES AWAY want his land. When they say go back to the good old days, this is what they mean. When they could terrorize us to no end. Idk why this in particular is pissing me off so bad

This is after YEARS of filing complaints on harassment, MURDERING their livestock, threatening his family, etc. Now, after years of him filing a complaint, he’s been arrested for some fake ass charges. Livid

Chicken coops set on fire, his goats were BEHEADED, pigs were poisoned, dogs were poisoned, electricity cut, their water well equipment stolen, they’ve been threatened with lynchings for the whole family, they ignored his restraining orders & complaints for years

THE SHERRIF/DEPUTY IS MARRIED TO THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY SO EVEN IF HE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE SHERIFFS OFFICE, HIS WIFE WOULD DECLINE IT FROM HIGHER UP ANYWAY!

To put it into perspective for some people, 1,000 acres is about 1,000 football fields. He owns a large amount of LAND. They don’t want us to prosper & he’s being targeted merely for being a successful black man. No more, no less. Please share so maybe the right people can see it

Wrong is wrong. Stop excusing racism. He filed over 170 complaints at the sheriff’s office and nothing ever came of it. One of the neighbors that Mr.Mallery has a RESTRAINING ORDER on, filed a complaint against him & he was immediately arrested.

Just to be clear: He was arrested, initially was denied bail. Has since made bail. This has been occurring for YEARS, & his arrest and release has been within the last 3-4 weeks! He has a hearing 2/14/23, his wife also has a hearing but I’m unsure of her date!
