Nightcore was still big in 2018? I thought it died around 2017 and peaked around 2015

the peak was older, but lots of communities esp around 2017-2020 ish like animation memes and animatics, fandom culture, and the og traditional songs kept it pretty alive. i would say the essence is still around with a lot of stuff being made for nostalgia n sped up stuff.
