JJ Redick showing you what it takes for mid-level NBA talent to stay in the league that many years. Wow.

Always cracks me up when athletes talk about their grueling schedules which include 2 hour naps

Then there’s Michael, walking 36 holes and drinking a case of beer with Roenick on a game day, and then going for 50 later that night 😂

I think this has a lot to do with why the league is full of nepo babies. Kids have to start young with this mentality and so need proper guidance, resources, and time - something that comes easier to professional-athlete parents than the general public. And, of course, genetics.

I think the math is: 20 catch twos and 20 catch threes from each of the 7 spots for 280. Then 3 from each spot dribbling left & 3 from each dribbling right for 42, then 20 FTs. Think he just worded it weird

and people wonder why high level athletes don't know what to do with their time when they retire. Being great on the field takes a lot of work off the field, nothing but respect, that regimen is crazy
