The sculptors of the Bhagavan Sri Ramlalla at Ramjanmabhoomi Mandir & the over 80-year-old Vigraha of Sri Rama Darbar at Sundar Sadan, Ayodhya are linked through a teacher-student lineage. The story of the Sri Rama Darbar Vigraha's eventual arrival in Ayodhya, decades after it was sculpted, is one of intrigue. The Vigraha is a unique creation by a master sculptor and has been connected to the Sringeri Math for nearly 80 years. The Vigraha is so exquisite that it is impossible to not get moved by its beauty. Bhagavan Sri Rama has Maata Sita sitting on his lap and tenderly holds Her. Sri Lakshmana and Sri Shatrughna fan Bhagavan with chamara and Sri Bharata stands in front devotedly with folded hands. Sri Hanuman sits in front holding Bhagavan Sri Rama’s Lotus feet and fully absorbed in it. In the middle of the 20th century, Sri M.R. Balasubramaniam from Manathattai village near Trichy, was a Chief Engineer in Public Works Department of the erstwhile Madras Presidency. He was an ardent devotee of the Jagadgurus of the Dakshinamnaya Sringeri Sri Sharada Peetam and was serving the Sringeri Math in many ways. He was instrumental in building the Ratna Garbha Ganapati temple and Shankara Matha at Sivaganga in Tamil Nadu. In 1958, the Sringeri Jagadguru had graced his residence at Manathattai and later his residence at Chennai too. Pleased with his immense devotion, the Jagadguru blessed him with the title, “Guru Bhakta Ratnam”. Sri M.R. Balasubramaniam used to frequent Sringeri to have Darshan of the Sringeri Jagadgurus. Once in 1951, he was in Sringeri to have Darshan of the renowned Jivanmukta, the 34th Shankaracharya of Sringeri, Jagadguru Sri Sri Chandrashekhara Bharati Mahaswamiji. The Mahaswamiji would often be in the state of Antarmukha and there would be occasions where devotees would wait for months together to have Darshan of the Mahaswamiji who revelled in the highest spiritual state of the bliss of the Atman. When Sri M.R. Balasubramaniam 1951, happened to meet Sri Siddhanti Siddhalinga Swami, a renowned sculptor patronized by the Mysore Maharaja. Sri Siddhalinga Swami had been waiting for a long time in Sringeri to obtain darshan of Jagadguru Sri Chandrashekara Bharati Mahaswamiji. Coming to know of this, Sri MR Balasubramanian promised to try and help him have the Darshan of the Jagadguru. Soon it transpired that both could have Darshan of the Jagadguru. The joyous Sri Siddalinga Swami asked Sri Balasubramaniam to visit his Shilpa Vidyalaya Gurukula in Mysore at the earliest opportunity. When Sri Balasubramaniam visited within a span of few months, Sri Siddalinga Swami showed him around and asked him to select any Vigraha he wished and he would give it to him as a token of gratitude for ensuring that he could have the darshan of the Sringeri Jagadguru. Sri Balasubramaniam chose an incredibly beautiful Sri Rama Vigraha that is essentially the present-day Sri Rama Darbar. Initially taken aback by this request, Sri Siddalinga Swami mentioned that he had not expected that this particular Vigraha would be chosen as it had been sculpted by him, not to be sold or given, but as a testament of his skill that had been handed down through generations. He had single-handedly worked on the Vigraha for over ten years! However, Sri Siddalinga Swami kept up his word, and had the Vigraha of Sri Rama Darbar sent to Manathattai in the summer of 1952. In all earnestness, Sri Balasubramaniam purchased a piece of land and began preparations for the construction of a temple in his beloved Manathattai agraharam. However, his efforts were beset with numerous obstacles. His son Sri B Raju, was based out of Chennai and building the temple in Manathattai did not seem possible due to domestic commitments. In recent years after his retirement, he did take some preliminary steps towards building the temple, however even this effort did not fructify. When his wife, Smt. Sujatha read about the Sringeri Sharadha Peetham establishing a new branch Math at Ayodhya, a thought crossed her mind – why not offer Sri Rama to the Sringeri Shankara Math at Ayodhya? With this thought, they came to Sringeri on August 17th 2022 to have Darshan of the Jagadgurus and to seek Their guidance. Both Sri Maha Sannidhanam and Sri Sannidhanam were very happy to and instructed them to bring the Vigraha to Sringeri at the earliest. Thus, it seemed it was pre-ordained that the sequence of events pertaining to the Vigraha began in Sringeri more than 70 years ago and again culminated in Sringeri. This is what is called Ram Leela. On January 22, 2024, the day Bhagavan Sri Ramlalla was consecrated in Ayodhya, Sringeri Jagadguru Shankaracharya Sri Sri Bharati Tirtha Mahasannidhanam and Jagadguru Sri Sannidhanam worshipped the Vigraha carved by Sri Siddalinga Swami at the same time as the Vigraha of Bhagavan Sri Ramlalla carved by Sri Arun Yogiraj, grandson of Sri Siddalinga Swami’s disciple was consecrated and worshipped at Ayodhya. Before I go any further, let me publicly confirm that the original owner of this account is in fact, the one behind it right now. Let me also confirm publicly that this person has now been fully bought and paid for by the government. Whatever his motivations may or may not have been when he initially started doing the "anonymous whistleblower" thing, he is now 100% owned and controlled by whoever was behind his arrest in August. There are many things I could say, but I'll just restrict myself to these few key points: 1. After I led the media campaign that forced the police to charge him in court instead of keeping him in the FCID dungeon, this fellow - from his cell at Kuje Prison - tried to entrap me in a scheme that would have forever destroyed my credibility and put me in legal trouble that could have followed me anywhere in the world. I trust absolutely no one, so I recorded the entire 54 minute call in the event that a day like this might come. I have uploaded the relevant 6-minute segment of it here. Another well known person here was also on this call and you can hear her voice in the recording. If she wishes to, she will identify herself. 2. The number that he used to make that call is in frame 2 below. He also used that number to reach out to multiple well wishers while he was in Kuje Prison. A contact of mine ran this number through the national SIM registration database and it turns out that it is registered to one Hassan Jibrin, whom I am made to understand is a Director at the Federal Ministry of Defense. Though I have since blocked it, I assume he is still using this number to reach out to people and solicit for money or entrap them like he tried to entrap me. Whether "Hassan Jibrin" is actually a real identity or not, what I do know is that when someone facing a major national security lawsuit is remanded in prison by the government and immediately given access to a phone, and the next thing he does is to call other people he knows are being targeted by the government and start trying to get them to commit to do something illegal and unethical, I don't need to be Albert Einstein to work out that someone is putting him up to it, and that whatever deal he was offered for his freedom most likely involved giving his captors my head in exchange for his own. 3. Since we are talking about "traitors," maybe I will release the rest of the recording where this galactic asshole lambasted Deji Adeyanju, his lawyer who was representing him pro bono, calling him a "baby lawyer" and incompetent, boasting that someone told him that "Peter Obi will hire SANs" for him. In the end, it was the same Deji who got him out on bail, after which he went and acted that drama for the cameras in the courtroom, hugging Deji as if he hadn't destroyed him behind his back. Let's also talk about "traitors" who get caught by the government after doing what they say is public interest work, and then they give up everyone who gave them information or helped them. Let's talk about the biggest traitor of 2024 who got caught up in his own web of nonsense, ended up in secret detention, and then got his brother to try to convince David Hundeyin to impersonate him, a missing person - making me an accessory to a crime in the event that he actually ended up dead, which he very nearly did. Reid Poland III issued a $1.25M bond on May 15th following the self defense shooting outside the Clarksville courthouse 2 days prior. Does this look like an “honorable public servant” to you? How about a monitor lizard with that gullet? How about a tiny hat evangelical tyrant with pockets greased with lard? “If you interrupt this hearing you’ll be charged with contempt and thrown in jail for 10 days” and how about that psychotic power tripping smile after he said that?… Judge Reid keeps repeating Dalton is out on “multiple bonds for multiple cases” when his only other charge is a misdemeanor in Davidson county for not paying a $400 bill after restaurant staff kicked him out of the establishment after receiving phone calls from swatters. He also mentions this as a case of criminal homicide and not self defense from Joshua fox chasing Dalton across the street to continue assaulting him after he had walked away to deescalate. From an unbiased point of view, there were 7 spent casings recovered from the scene (even though only 2 hit Joshua once in the shoulder and one in the gut) hence the charge for reckless endangerment, one probably would have done enough to stop Joshua fox but then again there has been no news on if Joshua was armed or not or claims that Dalton saw or thought he saw a firearm which in that case, like anybody, you would want to make sure someone was fully incapacitated. Today on may 21st during the hearing it has come to light that daltons truck and home were searched (unclear if a warrant was issued by a judge) in where his firearms and electronic devices were confiscated as evidence without any probable cause for search and seizure. From an unbiased point of view, there were 7 spent casings recovered from the scene (even though only 2 hit Joshua once in the shoulder and one in the gut) hence the charge for reckless endangerment, one probably would have done enough to stop Joshua fox but then again there has been no news on if Joshua was armed or not or claims that Dalton saw or thought he saw a firearm which in that case, like anybody, you would want to make sure someone was fully incapacitated. The Minister stated this while addressing journalists in his office after the court ruling. Wike insisted that the government has largely met workers’ legitimate demands despite the ongoing strike. I’m posting this video compilation and explanation to document contradictions and moral/ethical inconsistencies in how Kirk Cameron has handled public criticism following his promotion of annihilationism, and to publicly call him to repent - not so much for his false and dangerous beliefs about hell, but about how he has sinfully responded to disagreement and correction. It is about accountability for public teaching. Before anything else, I want to be clear about what I am and am not saying. I am not accusing Kirk Cameron of being an unbeliever. I am not claiming he is outside the faith. I am not “outing” him as something other than a brother in Christ. And although I believe annihilationism is a formal theological heresy, I am not declaring Kirk himself to be a heretic. I do not know him personally. My concern is not personal animus, but repentance where error exists, and more broadly, the integrity of Christian engagement with one another online, which must be governed by Scripture even when that engagement is difficult or uncomfortable. Because Protestia was the original “heresy hunter” website that drew 3rd-party attention to Kirk's podcast, I also want to clarify something plainly. Protestia accurately characterized and quoted Kirk. We did not rebuke him. We did not accuse him of heresy. We did not editorialize on his theology. With sadness, I report the following ongoing hypocricies, errors, and sins, call for public repentance, and call on fellow public Christian ministers who confirm the public witness of the evidence to call Kirk to repentance as well: First, Kirk repeatedly characterizes annihilationism as a secondary issue, something Christians may disagree on without serious consequence. Yet in Episode 86, he frames the potential error of teaching ECTorment as a first-tier moral offense, calling it a “severe misrepresentation of God’s character” and “a great sin and mistake.” In effect, annihilationism’s potential error is treated as second-tier, while ECT’s potential error is framed as first-tier. His critics are condemned for strong language, even though his own framing assigns a clear double standard. Second, Kirk continues to publicly accuse unnamed brothers of unspecified sins against him. He speaks of “sin sniffers,” “heresy hunters,” and brothers behaving like unbelievers, yet never names who supposedly sinned or what sin was committed. Scripture does not authorize anonymous moral indictment. Accusation without identification prevents repentance, response, or clarification. Third, Kirk makes public claims about what Scripture teaches, on a public platform, for a mass audience, while insisting that responses to those claims must occur privately. This is incoherent. Public teaching creates public responsibility. A teacher cannot embrace the delegated authority of public instruction while exempting himself from open, public evaluation. Fourth, in the CBN interview, Kirk reframes the controversy as a surprising overreaction to an off-the-cuff question from his son. The episode itself shows otherwise. Episode 86 was planned, structured, cited, and presented as a “dangerous conversation.” He named specific theological positions, referenced Edward Fudge, and declared a personal conclusion. This was not accidental commentary, and it was not unexpected that it would draw strong reaction. Fifth, Kirk gives contradictory explanations for how he formed his beliefs. In attempting to minimize the doctrinal seriousness of ECT, he says he held to it only because of tradition, then says "verses" brought him to it, and continues to insinuate that ECT proponents today rely on tradition rather than Scripture. Sixth, Kirk repeatedly accuses online critics of illegitimate financial motives, claiming their analysis and arguments were driven by clicks, outrage, or income. At the same time, he presents his own financial concerns, canceled events, and lost opportunities as legitimate considerations. Financial motive is treated as sinful when attributed to others and understandable when attributed to himself. Seventh, Kirk appealed to many ECT teachers as fellow serious scriptural scholars, yet only listed figures who had passed away and could neither reject his conclusions nor correct his use of their authority. Living theologians who object are portrayed as divisive; dead ones are cited as allies. Eighth, Kirk openly admits that he wants annihilationism to be true, calls it a “great relief,” and imagines the joy of presenting annihilationism as "good news" to unbelievers who reject a God who eternally punishes. This is not a neutral inquiry. It is not merely "asking questions." It is doctrinal modification shaped by emotional desires - precisely the method Scripture warns against. Scripture does not require private confrontation before public correction when the teaching itself was public. Matthew 18 governs private interpersonal sin, not public doctrine. When error is public, correction must be public for the sake of those who heard it. Paul rebuked Peter publicly because the error was public. Elders are commanded to refute false teaching openly. Demanding private correction for public doctrine protects the teacher while leaving the audience confused. That is not loving. It prioritizes reputation over truth and the flock over no one. Public correction is not unchristian. It is biblical. It protects those exposed to error and provides clarity rather than silence. Jesus’ parable in Luke 16 about stewardship applies here. Episode 86 was planned, structured, cited, and presented as a “dangerous conversation.” He named specific theological positions, referenced Edward Fudge, and declared a personal conclusion. This was not accidental commentary, and it was not unexpected that it would draw strong reaction. Fifth, Kirk gives contradictory explanations for how he formed his beliefs. Seventh, Kirk appealed to many ECT teachers as fellow serious scriptural scholars, yet only listed figures who had passed away and could neither reject his conclusions nor correct his use of their authority. Living theologians who object are portrayed as divisive; dead ones are cited as allies. Eighth, Kirk openly admits that he wants annihilationism to be true, calls it a “great relief,” and imagines the joy of presenting annihilationism as "good news" to unbelievers who reject a God who eternally punishes. This is not a neutral inquiry. It is not merely "asking questions." It is doctrinal modification shaped by emotional desires - precisely the method Scripture warns against. Scripture does not require private confrontation before public correction when the teaching itself was public. Matthew 18 governs private interpersonal sin, not public doctrine. When error is public, correction must be public for the sake of those who heard it. Paul rebuked Peter publicly because the error was public. Elders are commanded to refute false teaching openly. Demanding private correction for public doctrine protects the teacher while leaving the audience confused. That is not loving. It prioritizes reputation over truth and the flock over no one. Public correction is not unchristian. It is biblical. It protects those exposed to error and provides clarity rather than silence. Jesus’ parable in Luke 16 about stewardship applies here. Teachers are not owners of doctrine; they are stewards of it. The steward is condemned not for dishonesty alone, but for handling what belonged to another according to his own preferences. Doctrine is not ours to reshape according to emotional comfort or perceived evangelistic usefulness. Faithfulness, not palatability, is the measure of stewardship. The gospel cannot be separated from what Christ saves us from. Hell is not a minor doctrine, and it is not ours to soften for relief or rhetorical safety. This video is not about malice. When you take the ability of the individual to act as a free agent in the name of religion, you reduce him or her to a puppet and yourself to a puppeteer. You want to pull the strings of the lives of thousands of born-again Christians at the same time while rendering them useless to follow their paths in Christ and grow into mature sons. I was at a Church in Anthony village about three years ago to minister, and I met this young man who was schooled at a very prestigious university in the USA. He was the in-house IT consultant of the church, and the pastor placed him on a monthly stipend while he was working for God. It was the Pastor who introduced the young man to me while boasting that God had given him the most capable hands to help him in ministry. I asked him if he had any Python, Java, cloud engineering, data management, digital marketing, coding, or similar tasks available for the young man in the church. He said no. I said, "You are giving this young man the job that any young school leaver who is proficient in computer appreciation can do, and you don't see it as limiting his capabilities and rendering his skills obsolete?" You would rather boast that you are ruining a destiny to build up your own profile rather than set this young man on the path of excellence? Did God call him into ministry as a preacher? Is he understudying you in preparation for his own ministry? The pastor said, "No, I plan that as the church expands, he will head our digital infrastructure and position us for the future." I said, "He can do that as a consultant or even as a member, he shouldn't be doing that while you are paying him 100,000 Naira a month. He should be out there, flying with his peers and earning in dollars! The only exception is if the Lord has called him to be a preacher and he is understudying you as your personal assistant, as led by the Lord as part of his season of preparation. Anything other than that is injurious to his destiny!" The pastor had never seen it that way When I was done ministering in the church, the young man hugged me and thanked me profusely. He said his mother sent him to the pastor when he returned from the USA and the pastor immediately told him that God had need of him in the ministry or he would die without fulfilling his purpose. Why do pastors do this? I have another case from the Northern part of Nigeria. A young lady reached out to me seeking clarity regarding her future She said her Apostle told her she has been raised by God to sing in his church choir, but she is a medical doctor by training and desires to further her studies abroad Every time she raised the issue with the Apostle, he shut her down and told her she was struggling with the will of God "Why can't you just submit to God and serve in the choir and watch as God will take your voice all over the world as this ministry grows?" The young lady said she knows she has a good voice and sings very well as one who is full of the Holy Spirit, but she does not want to be "Sinach", she wants to fulfil her dream of practising as a Pediatrician. She was wary of incurring the wrath and curse of the Apostle, however, and did not know how to extricate herself from the situation. The apostle did not see anything wrong with his actions because he was a user of people who believed that in order to fulfill his own desire to become a big ministry, others could not thrive and grow in their visions and ministries as ordained by God. This is witchcraft. It is not of God. Jesus didn't lead his disciples this way. Insecurity is the undoing of many African so-called Pastors and Spiritual leaders, and they hide behind the illusion of divinity to put others in bondage. I experienced this firsthand as a young graduate, so I understand how a pastor trying to build his ministry could see the potential in a young man or woman and try very hard to turn such a person into servants and house helps in the name of discipling them or training them for kingdom relevance You graduate from the University and join the labour force, you apply for many jobs, and at a point, you tell yourself it is important to seek supernatural guidance in your quest to fulfil destiny Somebody somewhere tells you about a church or a ministry, you join, and you are convinced the church is good. You also tell your friends, and they join. But you are all fresh graduates who are heading into the future one way or the other, but this pastor wants you to be his flock. To him, his church of ten members had suddenly become a church of 30 members because of you guys, and he wants to keep the numbers growing, so he begins to give you prophesies that were not of God but with the aim of keeping you in the fold for as long as possible. He told young graduates who ought to go for NYSC that God is telling him they should give it up for service to God in the vineyard. The mother of two of the ladies in the fellowship, whose daughters told that the pastor told them not to go for NYSC, quickly removed them from the fellowship before the seed of corruption being planted by this pastor would bear fruit The others also left as soon as they could gather their wit People who you ought to guide on their path in sincerity ran as far as they could from you based on how you chose to manipulate rather than nurture them. A married woman whose husband worked abroad was a trained secretary, and while her husband was abroad, catering to the needs of the family, he begged her to stop working so that she could focus on raising the children. She was raising five children all by herself, and combining this with a job seemed a bit too much at the time. One of the vital institutions for raising godly children was the church This woman attended church regularly with her children and even volunteered to spend any free time she had typing the pastor's sermons, Sunday School pamphlets, handouts, books, journals, and other church reports and documents She was not officially employed to do the work; she just saw that she could take some of the secretarial duties on during her downtime, and she did so with all sincerity. The church enjoyed her free services for five years until the pastor forgot completely that she was doing the church a favour One day, the woman came to church to tell the pastor that her husband would be returning home to visit the family, and she would not be available for a few days because she had to pick her husband up from the airport and ensure that he settled in properly. Unfortunately, that weekend was the weekend of the church's anniversary, and the pastor had a lot of secretarial work to do. He told the woman God said she should pick one. Heaven or marriage. He said if she goes to pick her husband from the airport, she has chosen the world and forsaken the Lord. The woman wept all the way home, It was not the thank you, thou faithful servant report she had worked day and night for many years to get that she received. She went to pick her husband from the airport and distanced herself from any church founded by any individual after that experience. She said the ambition of church founders requires that they use people to build, even though they lacked the resources to pay or compensate such people, so they resort to blackmail, coercion, lies, fake prophesies, promises, and manipulations to get things done while keeping their followers on a leash. Followers are also enablers as they refuse to read the Bible for themselves and walk in the light of the word of God. No one should be able to take you captive in the name of God, Jesus, all the angels, or any form of miracle if you know the word of God. The word of God is profitable to make one wise, and therefore, anyone who knows the word of God cannot fall victim to any false doctrine, teaching, spiritual manipulations, or lies. All the false teachings of someone being a covering for someone else came from these manipulative narratives, and believers should be wise to them. I have seen a pastor declare that his church is the only church in Africa that is licensed by God to take people to heaven, and some members believed him. The day he said that, all his members ought to laugh, pick up their Bibles, and leave without looking back. Self-aggrandisement has become the order of the day in some churches, the pastor sells himself as the be-all and end-all of the member's spiritual enlightenment, and the members sheepishly surrender their eyes of their understanding to him or her. He or she must determine where they work, whom they marry, who they associate with, whose music they must listen to, and whose sermons they must hear. If they want to travel, he must see if the road is clear on their behalf, if they want to build a house, he must approve, if he does not dedicate their baby, the baby is illegitimate. This is not the faith Christ or the Apostles died for. Jesus died that you might be free of religion. Christianity is not a religion, it is the opposite. It is individualistic and determined by the faith and belief system of the one rather than the many. Salvation, therefore, is a personal affair, and the baptism of the Holy Spirit is also a personal affair Religion is the opium of the masses, and Christianity is the salvation of the individual and his or her walk with God. When we fellowship together, we do so not so we can get brainwashed by one "super Christian" but so that we can minister to the Lord and minister to one another in the presence of God. Every believer must hold this truth to be self-evident. And of course, in the process as well, what did he do that irritated so many large groups of people as well, such that he was banned from many countries? He was on the quote-unquote terrorist list of not just our country but even some Muslim countries and what not. So today's lecture, inshallah, I hope to summarize in 45 minutes or so as much as possible. But I would also like to state for the record, you should be aware, even though I'm going to try to be neutral, I'm going to try to be historical; you should be aware that I am biased. Of course I'm biased. We're all biased, and I have my own position towards this person. And I have said many times, many times, and I'm not making a secret of this, that I am somebody who considers myself to be inspired by his writings and who views him with the utmost respect. And I will be again. I'm trying to be unbiased, but you must know my biases. Because no matter how unbiased you try to be, still your biases are going to be known and shown. So I will confess, and I have no problems in this confession, that I view Sheikh Qardawi to be, if not the Mujaddid of our era, definitely amongst the Mujaddid of our era, and I have been fortunate and blessed to benefit from and be inspired by many of his fatawa, and I quote a lot of times. I will say, oh, this is the position of Sheikh Qardawi, meaning it's my opinion, but I'm gonna quote Qardawi and use him to back up my opinion many times. If you ask me a question, I will say this, and I'm also somebody who has read many of his books, and I was very blessed and fortunate to have a one-on-one audience with him a few years ago where I asked him a series of questions. If we have time, we'll talk a little bit about that as well. So I met him in Doha, and I interacted with him for a few hours. So with that bias put aside very clearly, let us begin summarizing his life, his times, his activism, his methodology, some of his most significant fatwas, and some of the controversial fatwas that raised some controversy."

It is factually correct to state that no one of our era rivaled his popularity and respect, and yet still, as with all such figures, he was also the subject of controversy and even rejection by some segments of the Ummah. So in today's lecture, I will, inshallah, try my best to be analytical and factual. I will try my best to summarize the positive and what others claim is the negative and contextualize that and summarize the key points, not just of his biography, but of his legacy. What did he really try to do? How and why did he rise to such popularity and fame? And of course, in the process as well, what did he do that irritated so many large groups of people as well, such that he was banned from many countries? He was on the quote-unquote terrorist list of not just our country but even some Muslim countries and what not. So today's lecture, inshallah, I hope to summarize in 45 minutes or so as much as possible. But I would also like to state for the record, you should be aware, even though I'm going to try to be neutral, I'm going to try to be historical; you should be aware that I am biased. Of course I'm biased. We're all biased, and I have my own position towards this person. And I have said many times, many times, and I'm not making a secret of this, that I am somebody who considers myself to be inspired by his writings and who views him with the utmost respect. And I will be again. I'm trying to be unbiased, but you must know my biases. Because no matter how unbiased you try to be, still your biases are going to be known and shown. So I will confess, and I have no problems in this confession, that I view Sheikh Qardawi to be, if not the Mujaddid of our era, definitely amongst the Mujaddid of our era, and I have been fortunate and blessed to benefit from and be inspired by many of his fatawa, and I quote a lot of times. I will say, oh, this is the position of Sheikh Qardawi, meaning it's my opinion, but I'm gonna quote Qardawi and use him to back up my opinion many times. If you ask me a question, I will say this, and I'm also somebody who has read many of his books, and I was very blessed and fortunate to have a one-on-one audience with him a few years ago where I asked him a series of questions. If we have time, we'll talk a little bit about that as well. So I met him in Doha, and I interacted with him for a few hours. So with that bias put aside very clearly, let us begin summarizing his life, his times, his activism, his methodology, some of his most significant fatwas, and some of the controversial fatwas that raised some controversy."

Here’s an example of the apparent dishonesty of the MSP & DA Michael Morrissey’s office from day 1 in the #KarenRead case as they leaked knowably fabricated information to the local news claiming to have Ring cam surveillance footage of Karen Read striking & killing #JohnOKeefe with her car. They don’t and have never had ANY surveillance footage of John being killed or Karen hitting him. So that’s not a scriveners error. This reporting is from February 1, 2022 right around when Karen was arrested. DA Michael Morrissey, when offering evidence & commenting on the innocence of the involved or guilt of the defendant, in his video calling out the public (who are not DA’s) for “trying the case” on the internet/in the media, highlighted how statements made on the internet/by the public are not subject to the rules of perjury. It’s not like the news media can hold the DA’s office accountable to produce the evidence they claimed to have like in this news clip, as evidently Michael Morrissey is well aware of. Was this dishonest misrepresentation of the states evidence made in order to compensate for the lack of reliable probable cause to charge Karen? They had more probable cause on Brian Walshe on day 4 (the day they charged Karen) yet waited until day 17 to charge him. The fix was in rather quick it seems. Did you know in the Brian Walshe case, the same MSP crime lab had no problem turning around complex blood, DNA and other testing in that same timeframe? Despite having nearly 2yrs now, and it being long after the defendant, Karen, was arrested, the state still doesn’t have evidence test results. Additionally, in the apparent narrative push, the former CPD Chief Berkowitz personally contacted journalists at the time covering the story & requested they change or remove facts from their reporting, in effort to protect Brian Albert. There appeared to be a full scale effort by several individuals of authority across agencies to drive the narrative or use their positions of authority to influence the reporting of the facts to the public. The reporter, who Berkowitz contacted, likely very intimidated to be getting a call from the Chief of Police asking him to change factual info in his reporting, ultimately just removed his entire article altogether. If I’m not mistaken, I believe that journalist also discontinued his coverage of the case from there on out. If that’s not intimidation of the public or journalists, purely on the grounds of reporting public facts pertaining to the case, I don’t know what is. The arrest of the investigative journalist Aidan Kearney, by the very officers whose corruption he was exposing, further reinforces the concerted effort by LE in this case to intimidate journalists & members of the public from exercising their first amendment right. They did not like being scrutinized or those trying to hold them to account so instead they’ve tried to silence them with their charging authority. Before really diving into the court filings, I always found the claims that Karen was asking “could I have hit him?” at the scene to be curious, as though someone had asked Karen that or proposed that idea. I thought—why would one be asking this question? how could you not know? I was curious: if this was a coverup, how could someone particularly who’s distraught, be convinced of or questioning if they could’ve hit their significant other? The only thing I could come up with is if they’re told that they have you on camera in surveillance footage doing it… because… why would someone lie about that? It’d probably make any sane person start questioning reality. Was Karen Read being told this lie that morning/day? “You’re on Ring cam doing it!
