The fact that Joshua Fox has STILL not been charged with assaulting Dalton “Chud the Builder” Eatherly is fucking bullshit Anti White, two tiered policing at its finest. The prosecution argued that though they don’t have the audio of the altercation, “we can only assume” that Dalton started his stream to harass the first black people he saw. What a fucking PATHETIC, prejudiced, and assumptive basis to charge someone with attempted MURDER. “We have no idea what was said, but let’s charge him with murder based on what we’ve seen him do in the past” In what fucking world is that how you establish probable cause?? What about Joshua Fox’s Facebook comments where he said he HOPED to run into Chud so he could fight him? This prosecutor, DA General Nash, OBVIOUSLY has it out for Dalton. He goes on to say that deciding on whether or not Dalton provoked the altercation is for a jury to decide later, but then immediately spends the next 2 minutes reading off Dalton’s tweets, falsely trying to paint Dalton as a racist intent on killing black people and thus the reason for the altercation. Fucking ridiculous. How in the world do you have enough video evidence to charge Dalton with ATTEMPTED MURDER but simultaneously not have enough evidence to charge Joshua Fox with assault when HE’S THE ONE THAT FOLLOWED AFTER DALTON AND ASSAULTED HIM?? This is nothing more than prejudiced, cowardly prosecution from the Montgomery County DA office. They’re choosing NOT to charge Joshua Fox because they’re scared of getting protestors outside their courthouse. It is obvious and clear that far more than the events of that day are being taken into consideration in the prosecution of this case. #FreeChud

Just a couple days after Dalton Eatherly aka ChudtheBuilder shot Joshua Fox in Clarksville, this incident occurred in Lebanon, TN. How is this relevant? In the video below, two men are arguing in a road rage altercation. Eventually, the man in the yellow pushes a woman in the face and then tried to strike the man in the grey shirt in the face. He then retreats to his vehicle to grab his weapon. The man in the grey shirt approaches him and swings at him as the man in the yellow grabs for a gun. Then a struggle occurs where the man in the grey tries and eventually disarms the man in the yellow, where at some point shots were fired. The man in the yellow was arrested and charged and the man in the grey wasn’t. Now, how is this similar to ChudtheBuilder’s scenario? It’s been reported by multiple sources that saw the video played in the courtroom that Dalton approached Fox, a verbal altercation occurred, Dalton walked away while still turned around saying something towards Fox (per the DA). Fox approached, waving him to walk away. Dalton got into a bladed stance, facing Fox. While grabbing for his gun in his jacket pocket, Fox punched Dalton and a struggle ensues, where Fox is shot multiple times but still subdues Dalton. In both situations, both Fox and the man in the grey were faced with a man trying to pull a firearm on them with the intent to shoot them after a verbal altercation. Like the man in the video below, it is very reasonable that Fox also hit Dalton and tried to disarm him to save his own life, hence why Dalton was charged and Fox wasn’t. This is a precedent that I feel is evidence that Dalton will be found guilty if it goes to trial. His intent was there, especially given previous social media posts, and initially confronted Fox. When both men were facing each other, Dalton tried to draw his weapon first before a physical altercation, which means he was not faced by an imminent threat to his life, especially considering Fox was unarmed. Fox had every right to try to disarm Dalton as he felt his life was in imminent danger. This video below is evidence of that. News clip: NewsChannel 5

BREAKING: ChudtheBuilder does not make bond in Montgomery County. Here are the highlights: - Alex Rosen (Alex Rosen) offered to put up $100,000 for the bond. He was on the witness stand and showed bank statements showing how much money he had in his savings and that he doesn’t have an actual business account, just a personal account from his social media ventures. - DA presented details of what transpired outside the courtroom that day of the shooting. It lines up with what I was informed about in those details of that day in previous posts. Sounded like the stream will eventually be in their possession. - Discussions arise about Duel as a credible source of money as they are trying to wire $1,000,000 to insure LA Bonding in the event Dalton was released and doesn’t show up in court. Judge ruled it as insufficient as gamblings funds are not legal in Tennessee, especially from a foreign entity. - Judge keeps bond as $1,000,000 and bonding companies can only bond up to an amount of $100,000 per company, which means Dalton would need 10 bonding companies to bond. - Even if Alex Rosen forks over $500,000, Dalton would still need 5 bonding companies ($500,000) to bond. - Dalton’s F-250 had the internal system (they called it a black box) extracted and downloaded for evidence. They will install it back in and after an itemized list is submitted of what Dalton had in the truck and what hasn’t already been seized for evidence, he can get those items back. F-250 can be returned back once the county investigators are done. - Seems there were some issues in the Nashville hearing per Dalton’s attorney. I will try to find more information on that. This clip is from the livestream from WSMV 4 Nashville

This video here is why I know Dalton “Chud the Builder” Eatherly’s case is open and closed self defense. See, after 6 months of streaming, Chud has become somewhat of a public figure. People know who Chud is and have formed an opinion on him before ever meeting him. Chud doesn’t have to say anything for some people to become aggressive to him. This video is a great example of this dynamic at work. Here is Chud, just at a coffee shop, being completely calm and respectful, yet this person is being aggressive, antagonistic, and threatening. Without Dalton ever saying or doing anything antagonistic to this person, this man has taken it upon himself to become aggressive and make verbal threats to Dalton - not because of anything that Dalton has done to him personally, but because of what he’s seen online. Joshua Fox was one of these same people. We know Joshua Fox knew who Chud was based on his statements on Facebook. Joshua Fox went as far to say that he HOPED to run into Chud in public so he could fight him. According to viewers of the live stream, and Dalton’s own testimony, this video is almost exactly how the interaction with Joshua Fox went. Dalton was polite, respectful, and not antagonistic, but Joshua Fox had already made up his mind about Dalton from what he had seen online. Joshua had a PRE CONCEIVED animosity towards Dalton before ever meeting him. And so, when Dalton said “have a good day” walked away, Joshua Fox got up and followed him. 𝘉𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘑𝘰𝘴𝘩𝘶𝘢 𝘩𝘢𝘥 𝘴𝘦𝘦𝘯 𝘰𝘯𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘦, 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘢𝘯𝘺𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘋𝘢𝘭𝘵𝘰𝘯 𝘩𝘢𝘥 𝘋𝘖𝘕𝘌 𝘵𝘰 𝘩𝘪𝘮, this animated Joshua to follow and then assault someone who was a complete stranger to him. This is a clear and obvious case of targeted harassment and assault, and it’s a fucking MYSTERY to me as to why Joshua Fox STILL has not been charged with ANYTHING to this day. What they are doing to Chud is despicable and only happens when we live under an Anti White system that favors black people’s feelings over reality. Joshua Fox needs to be charged with stalking, harassment, assault and anything else that any other crazed person who goes out commits violence against someone they’ve seen online would be charged with. #FreeChud

UPDATE— Jake is still unable to make any phone calls but he was able to get an update to me today. 1. They are keeping him locked in solitary the entire time he is there. 2. he will not be allowed to make any calls while there and they have him completely silenced. 3. they are keeping the light on in his cell 24/7 and it’s impossible to get any sleep. 4. they are telling him he has no right to speak to an attorney or go to the law library, even with an upcoming hearing. I have already been documenting every call I’ve had with these psychopaths in the jail, and they know I have the recording of them ripping him out of his cell just for begging for food — so when I called to get all of this new info on record and an explanation for the treatment the lieutenant decided to now SILENCE ME and told the entire jail to no longer take my calls. His mother called right after I did to try to get answers on his treatment and I have posted the recording in this post. These people are ANIMALS. And the way the are treating people is CRUEL AND UNUSUAL PUNISHMENT! All for nodding his head in a courtroom and saying the truth that it OBVIOUSLY is “two tiered justice” They treat murderers better than someone with a ten day contempt charge!!! That crazed judge and everyone working in that jail need to be INVESTIGATED, FIRED, AND THROWN IN PRISON!!!!! Judge Reid Poland is a MENACE who takes sick pleasure in throwing people in prison and keeping him there as long as he is able. The Montgomery county jail is a hellhole and everyone in there is complicit in the torture and inhumane treatment going on inside! Montgomery County Jail - (931) 648-0611 Free Chud. Free Jake.

On the 13th of Sept, someone transferred 180k for an iPhone Xs 256GB. After acknowledging his receipt, he called, and I told him we don't have it but will ask colleagues and let him know. I asked my friend, and he told me 190k. I begged him to leave it at 180k because that is what the guy deposited (check frame 2 for reference). When he sent the phone from Kano to Jos, then I noticed it was an Xs Max. Seeing that the guy was in a hurry and didn't want to disappoint, I called him and told him what happened and said if he wants the Max, he can take it at no additional cost. I was willing to settle the difference because it was his first time buying from us. I packaged it with a new premium charger because all our used phones are sent packaged in our branded box with a charger, and I sent it to him in Abuja. He later messaged that he has received the phone and truly appreciates it. After months of not receiving any complaints from him, it clearly indicates that he has received a fully functioning phone. It is in our policy that if you find anything faulty within one week, you can return it to us and either ask for a replacement or refund. What this means is that the cost of bringing it from Kano to Jos, the packaging and charger, and the delivery to Abuja are all a loss to me. But I didn't mind because at least I have satisfied him. Nine weeks later, while I was in Kano, I saw a call from an unknown number. When I picked up, he said it was him. He told me that the camera has started giving him problems. I told him it has been months since you bought it, but you can take it to any repair store and tell me how much you spent, and I will pay. He asked if I know anyone, and I sent him someone's number. The guy didn't pick; he texted and informed me and later called me. I told him to go to anyone he trusts and let me know the amount he spent. A few days later, I was stranded between Kaduna and Abuja on my trip from Kano to Abuja because my car engine failed. He called, and I didn't pick; I don't even know his number. Later in the night, I received his messages on WhatsApp with a threat that he will make a video to tarnish the image of my business. Someone I was willing to help after months of buying a USED device from me is threatening me. I said he should go ahead because I can't entertain him anymore. In conclusion, a trade that I incurred a loss from is what some people are trying to justify as a scam. The beautiful part is I have made trades with hundreds of people here, and I would love two more people to come out and present a case in which they are still using a device I sold to them that is faulty and they contacted me for a replacement or refund, and I didn't do it instantly. "The hypocrite will always look for faults" - Ghazali. Those that are looking for a fault in me can justify something as woke as this; it doesn't matter. This is my own side and will no longer entertain him anymore. For those that believe in me without hearing from me, thank you so much.

BREAKING youtuber Poetik Flakko admits on stream to having video exonerating DALTON EATHERLY AKA CHUD the BUILDER. Yesterday I asked Poetik Flakko if a longer video of the May 13 courthouse incident exists, that he bought from the person that took it. Flokko's exact words: "If I had a video that could help Chud, I will go to jail before I turn over that video." He follows that with: "I do got a video that could hurt your case." Then he explains what he would do with evidence of innocence, "I would much rather go to jail, I would rather go to jail, spend time in jail for a contempt of whatever it is." His continues "If they could update this, add some hate crime charges, at another 50 years, give them life in prison. Oh, this would be my joy." Then he pulls up his youtube monetization on camera: "Chad, you made me $122,000 in the last 28 days. We make six figures a month." The irony is that Dalton Eatherly never wished anything like this on anyone. The entire reason Dalton had a following was because he was making a public stand about universal principles and basic morality. Agree with his delivery or not, his message was rooted in the idea that standards should apply to everyone equally. Flokko, the man who claims to oppose him just demonstrated on camera that he believes in no standards at all, that due process is disposable when the defendant is someone he hates, and that a wrongful conviction is an acceptable outcome if it funds his lifestyle. Flokko's video is a confession. Not of a crime, but of a value system where resentment and hatred overrides the right to a fair trial, where evidence is a weapon to be hidden or deployed based on financial incentive, and where a man's freedom is content to be monetized.

He was taught to trust the system (his lawyer) and cannot conceive that this white figure of authority is misleading him. It's clear his lawyer has another agenda. He's not understanding the judge because he believes the judge has an adversarial role based on his lack of knowledge, television and the fact that she represents the court. People in court are nervous, intimidated and yes there is a lack of understanding/ignorance. Law and legalese are not taught in school nor or laws written so that the average person can understand them. This is by design so that ppl are forced to hire and depend on lawyers to interpret and defend them. They like to call it job security. Asked Nuggets coach David Adelman about the season that Jaylen Brown has had, and he gushed about Brown as both a player and a person. "The the elite shooting from mid range is such a big deal in our game, it's the late-clock ability, his overall size, his ability to play in the middle of the floor, which is really hard to come double people and not give up the three point line to a team like they have, I would just say his continued evolution in his game. "He's an elite, All-Star player, two-way player. I just watched him grow over the years, not just the championship year, but with Jayson Tatum, obviously out, more responsibility falls into his hands, and I thought they did a great job building around him for this particular season, with all the shooting that surrounds him." "He's a problem. He's not fun to watch on tape when you have to play against him. I'm a fan of his, just as a pure basketball person, not just as a coach. Actually got to spend some time in Africa, he was such an impressive person. He's good for the NBA. He's going to be a probelm for us tonight." "There was an Africa game that I coach in, that he played in. They used to do that yearly in South Africa. It's an amazing event. He came down there for that. And some of the events that we had to do -- humanitarian stuff, you go out and you see these communities, and just to see his investment in it was really impressive. And he was at a much younger age then. And I remember him in the bubble, speaking up at meetings and things like that." "Some people are born to lead. He definitely stands out as one of those people."

Kash Patel CONFIRMS Judge Juan Merchan should have never been assigned to Donald Trump’s case Kash Patel “I'm calling for the subpoenas to be issued to Judge Merchant's Daughter's company who made $15+ million dollars from the illicit information pouring out of her father's courtroom - I wanna know the bank records because money doesn't lie - I wanna know how deep it is and how much of it went to the family and how much of it is going to the family after this false conviction - Then we need to investigate the FEC actual violations that this judge and his family conducted Judge Juan Merchan should never have been overseeing this trial to begin with because of the illicit campaign money that was flowing through there and the unconstitutional due process violations are only the beginning.“ That’s not all, here’s more reasons why he should have NEVER been assigned Donald Trump’s case from The Older Millennial: ‘For these type of cases, the way it's supposed to work is that there is a panel of 24 judges, and they are all put in rotation and randomly assigned these types of cases. Judge Merchan is not on that panel. That's because he's not a judge. He's an acting judge. The only way he could have caught this case was to be specifically assigned to it. There was no chance of him being randomly selected. The wild thing is that according to the left and the department of justice, judge Merchan was not only randomly selected to be the judge in this trial, but he was also randomly selected to be the judge in the Trump Organization case, and he was randomly selected to be the judge in the Steve Bannon case. So judge Merchan, a judge that is not in the pool of 24 judges that is supposed to catch these cases, a judge that is not an actual judge, but an acting judge caught all 3 Trump related cases randomly. This is a judge who gives heavily to an organization very plainly named Stop Trump, and a judge whose daughter makes tens of millions of dollars every year promoting Democrats.’ Insane corruption.

NBC’s Tom Llamas: “I wonder, Ryan, if [King Charles III] was sending a subtle message — a maybe not-so-subtle message — to our President in he said ‘America's words carry weight and meaning and they have since the independence the actions of this great nation matter even more.’” Ryan Nobles: “I don't see how you could not interpret it as such, Tom. And I have to say, being in the room and it may not have been picked up if you are watching on television, when he said those two lines, there was a hush, almost gasp you would describe from the Democratic side of the chamber in that moment. That clearly resonated with certain members of Congress in the room. And then when he drove that point home by referencing president Lincoln and the Gettysburg Address, saying the world may little know what we say but will never forget what we do, that was as powerful a moment as anything that he gave over the course of that roughly 25-minute speech. And there were multiple opportunities for him to use his subtle nature to drive home a point. Right before that section that you had brought up, Tom, he talked all about how the United Kingdom and the United States need to reinforce their alliance and that they will ‘continue to defend our shared values with partners in Europe and the Commonwealth across the world’ and that they ‘ignore the clarion calls to become ever more inward looking,’ which, of course, has been a degree of criticism for the Trump administration at different points. The other thing I think is very interesting thing to point out, which you may not realize if you were watching at home, I had the prepared remarks in front of me, that the king did not at any point stray even a syllable away from the remarks that he had prepared to deliver hear in this chamber. A very research-much different approach from Donald Trump or any other president. Bill Clinton was known to stray from his script from time to time to drive home a point. Even when he was interrupted by applause or laughter, he would go immediately back to where he was in his prepared remarks. Just kind of an indication of the type of public speaker he is and the type of public figure he is that he had a very specific plan in mind, a very specific message that he wanted to send, and he did not deviate from that goal even little bit over the course of this speech.”

Judge Juan Merchan has ordered Donald Trump to be sentenced for 34 counts on January 10th ahead of inauguration Judge Merchan was never supposed to oversee Donald Trump’s case, he was specifically assigned the case to weaponize our legal system against Trump, here’s the proof “Understand there's absolutely no reason that Judge Merchan should have even had a chance to be assigned to this case? Now, I'm sure the left is just gonna call this a conspiracy theory. ‌ So I'll issue a challenge to them, and maybe they can tell me how he managed to be the judge. Because for these type of cases, the way it's supposed to work is that there is a panel of 24 judges, and they are all put in rotation and randomly assigned these types of cases. Judge Merchan is not on that panel. ‌ That's because he's not a judge. He's an acting judge. So even though they're trying to claim that they didn't pick the judge, that it was randomly assigned, that's not possible because judge Merchan isn't in the pool to be randomly assigned. So the only way he could have caught this case was to be specifically assigned to it. There was no chance of him being randomly selected. ‌ And the wild thing is that according to the left and the department of justice, judge Merchan was not only randomly selected to be the judge in this trial, but he was also randomly selected to be the judge in the Trump Organization case, and he was randomly selected to be the judge in the Steve Bannon case. ‌ So judge Merchan, a judge that is not in the pool of 24 judges that is supposed to catch these cases, a judge that is not an actual judge, but an acting judge caught all 3 Trump related cases randomly. This is a judge who gives heavily to an organization very plainly named Stop Trump, and a judge whose daughter makes tens of millions of dollars every year promoting Democrats. ‌ But, yeah, I'm sure this was just a coincidence. It was a coincidence that one of the most high profile cases ever, we didn't assign a judge, we assigned an acting judge. ‌ And that that judge somehow got selected even though he wasn't in the pool of judges available to be selected, and that that same judge that was selected also caught 2 other Trump related cases in the same year, and then that judge's daughter makes tens of millions of dollars a year promoting Democrats. Yeah. I'm sure that's all a coincidence.”

Before I go any further, let me publicly confirm that the original owner of this account is in fact, the one behind it right now. Let me also confirm publicly that this person has now been fully bought and paid for by the government. Whatever his motivations may or may not have been when he initially started doing the "anonymous whistleblower" thing, he is now 100% owned and controlled by whoever was behind his arrest in August. There are many things I could say, but I'll just restrict myself to these few key points: 1. After I led the media campaign that forced the police to charge him in court instead of keeping him in the FCID dungeon, this fellow - from his cell at Kuje Prison - tried to entrap me in a scheme that would have forever destroyed my credibility and put me in legal trouble that could have followed me anywhere in the world. I trust absolutely no one, so I recorded the entire 54 minute call in the event that a day like this might come. I have uploaded the relevant 6-minute segment of it here. Another well known person here was also on this call and you can hear her voice in the recording. If she wishes to, she will identify herself. 2. The number that he used to make that call is in frame 2 below. He also used that number to reach out to multiple well wishers while he was in Kuje Prison. A contact of mine ran this number through the national SIM registration database and it turns out that it is registered to one Hassan Jibrin, whom I am made to understand is a Director at the Federal Ministry of Defense. Though I have since blocked it, I assume he is still using this number to reach out to people and solicit for money or entrap them like he tried to entrap me. Whether "Hassan Jibrin" is actually a real identity or not, what I do know is that when someone facing a major national security lawsuit is remanded in prison by the government and immediately given access to a phone, and the next thing he does is to call other people he knows are being targeted by the government and start trying to get them to commit to do something illegal and unethical, I don't need to be Albert Einstein to work out that someone is putting him up to it, and that whatever deal he was offered for his freedom most likely involved giving his captors my head in exchange for his own. 3. Since we are talking about "traitors," maybe I will release the rest of the recording where this galactic asshole lambasted Deji Adeyanju, his lawyer who was representing him pro bono, calling him a "baby lawyer" and incompetent, boasting that someone told him that "Peter Obi will hire SANs" for him. In the end, it was the same Deji who got him out on bail, after which he went and acted that drama for the cameras in the courtroom, hugging Deji as if he hadn't destroyed him behind his back. Let's also talk about "traitors" who get caught by the government after doing what they say is public interest work, and then they give up everyone who gave them information or helped them. Let's talk about the biggest traitor of 2024 who got caught up in his own web of nonsense, ended up in secret detention, and then got his brother to try to convince David Hundeyin to impersonate him, a missing person - making me an accessory to a crime in the event that he actually ended up dead, which he very nearly did. I held my tongue since September because I felt that it was not my place to destroy this PIDOM fraud, but now that your itchy fingers have carried you to where you shouldn't go, I'm only too happy to indulge you.
