उ०प्र०में दो तरह के लोग मुश्किल में हैं एक जागरूक निवासी,दूसरा ईमानदार व कर्तव्यनिष्ठ अधिकारी।निवासी पिसता हैं प्रशासनिक उपेक्षा,जनप्रतिनिधियों के सुस्त रवैए से।प्राधिकरण,पुलिस व सड़क की शिकायतें ऐसे देखी जाती हैं जैसे उनके कुछ मायने ही नहीं हैं,ये उनके खानदान की शिकायतें हों।

IAS OFFICER have some mental issue he was fighting with the culprits (he has ego and temper issue)which he doesn't need to do to control any obstruction during raids is police personnels job

Every Govt post is receiving more than what they deserve. There must be a system that brings private and govt salaries equality... private sector squeeze people for peanut salary and govt jobs open Kuber treasure plus corruption... whom to question?

In comparison fauji officers and their men are scaled equal in the pay with IAS & IPS babus & policemen. Yet at retirement a fauji is just barely able to make a house & makes the end meet.
