One Honest IAS Officer Finally Defeats The Entire System

Why he didn’t resign if government was not allowing work. He remains in service bcoz he was mediocre person he cud not get job in any private company. If he is so honest whyhe took salary all his life without doing any work and cling to govt services just for hefty pension. In fact he is a person who wants name like Arvind Kejriwal but not smart enough to act like him by blaming other ppl. Ppl may think otherwise but I just wonder a man remain in abusive, humiliating atmosphere for 35-36 years just for salary. His case is also more or less like Manmohan Singh I never understood what was the reason that he remained on post so long specially in second term when no cabinet minister reports to him.
