He points to names like IonQ $IONQ and D-Wave $QBTS that he says have "phenomenal technologies" still building toward scale. He's most bullish on IBM $IBM, framing its quantum and AI bets as a real turnaround: "This is just the start of these turnarounds, and IBM continues to be one that has massive upside."
