Why not just say this is a government problem not just a Republican problem. Gavin got the money to end homelessness and gave it to NGOs Chicago has a crime problem that money keeps getting thrown at it but it’s still doesn’t solve the issue. Free college? We are in more debt with the education system then most of the other systems combined. I’m not going to say the Republicans are saints but it’s not just republicans. This is a bureaucratic problem.
