ICE detain father in front of 2 young kids—right outside elementary school. Agents had photo of the suspect—but it was a different guy. They arrest him anyway. Family showed agents the picture wasn't him—they didn't care. "Don't take my Papa!" girl yells. "He's no criminal!" Mother said it wasn't just traumatizing for their two 7 & 8 year old children—but all of the elementary school students who were forced to watch. School district issued a statement saying the arrest was technically off campus. Trump rescinded the long-standing "sensitive/protected locations" policy that had directed ICE to avoid schools—on his very first day in office. Posting first full length, English translated, and credited video here to help raise awareness. Incident occurred outside Edison Elementary School in Phoenix, Arizona.

ICE deport father—refuse to let him get scheduled emergency surgery to remove tumor. All but guarantees that his leg will need to be amputated. 100% preventable if ICE had given him medical care—for month he was detained. Trump has now deported 11,000 parents of U.S. children. William Alexander Alfaro was detained in front of his autistic son while dropping him off at his school. His family says he was following the rules of asylum process—and had a valid driver's license and work permit. After a month at an ICE detention center receiving no treatment for the tumor in his knee—he was deported 2000 miles away to Honduras. His wife is afraid ICE will come after her next—leaving their 3 children alone in San Antonio, Texas. "I drop them off at school and I don't know if I will ever see them again."

ICE detains mother dropping off child at elementary school—refuses to even look at her U.S. legal papers. "What documents?" agent sarcastically replies—holding up the folder. "The ones in your hands!" witnesses yell back. Agent admits to being an immigrant himself—and says "yes" when asked if he purchased his vest on Amazon. A different masked kidnapper is wearing no type of ICE uniform at all—just a green sticker ID that he says he bought for "his safety." The incident occurred across the street from Madison Elementary School in Santa Ana, California. #DemsUnited

ICE detain 19 year old U.S. citizen—use him "as bait" to arrest his father. He was handcuffed—just for filming agents. "They said I was abusing the 'privilege' we gave you," by recording them. Days later ICE arrested his father in targeted operation—seemingly as retaliation. Eric Ornelas was told the truck he was driving belonged to someone with a deportation order. He said agents handcuffed him and told him he could not leave until his father arrived to pick up the truck. Incident occurred in the Treasure Valley area of Boise, Idaho.
