Frost’s bill ignores that ICE publishes annual reports on detainee demographics and facility conditions while prioritizing sob stories over sovereignty. This isn’t about accountability—it’s about sabotaging enforcement to normalize illegal immigration. Federal law requires detention pending removal proceedings. If Democrats want “answers,” start by securing the border instead of attacking the agents doing their job.

DEMOCRATS invited them in. Told migrants to seek asylum when they knew they were not eligible. (4/5 applications denied.) DEMOCRATS and NGOs encouraged them to settle, get jobs and raise a family…when THEY KNEW it was a violation of existing law for businesses to them.
