Democrats created this mess in the first place! We witnessed an organized illegal alien invasion by Democrats offering government cash incentives. Their only goal was to reshape the future voter landscape. They didn’t care who came in, gang bangers, murde*ers or rap*st. They sure didn’t care about the safety of American citizens. The infuriating part is the lives that were lost could have been avoided. We want all the illegal aliens that were brought in under Biden/Harris deported, simple fact.

The SUDEM Act is political theater designed to handcuff ICE from enforcing immigration laws. ICE operates under strict legal protocols to remove criminal violators and protect national security—transparency already exists through judicial oversight and congressional mandates. Detention facilities process individuals who entered illegally, many with violent records or active warrants. Frost’s bill ignores that ICE publishes annual reports on detainee demographics and facility conditions while prioritizing sob stories over sovereignty. This isn’t about accountability—it’s about sabotaging enforcement to normalize illegal immigration. Federal law requires detention pending removal proceedings. If Democrats want “answers,” start by securing the border instead of attacking the agents doing their job.

DEMOCRATS invited them in. Told migrants to seek asylum when they knew they were not eligible. (4/5 applications denied.) DEMOCRATS and NGOs encouraged them to settle, get jobs and raise a family…when THEY KNEW it was a violation of existing law for businesses to them. DEMOCRATS are responsible for the suffering and the cost associated with restoring a legal immigration system, most especially the migrants. DEMOCRATS LIED TO THEM! We didn’t.

When we arrived, ICE had moved every single detainee out of the facility. They don’t want us to see what’s really going on here. And they certainly don’t want us to hear the stories of those who are detained. I will not stop pushing to hold Kristi Noem and her rogue agency accountable. Minnesotans deserve answers.
