In the video, a woman is in her car when an agent walks towards her, with his hand on his gun, in the middle of the street. He tells her that if she comes near him with her car, it will be “the last thing that you do.” In other words… a federal agent just threatened to execute a U.S. citizen for driving down a public street. She immediately points out that she wasn’t even close to him and tells him to get out of the road. Instead, the agent escalates. He stands directly in front of her vehicle, hand still on his gun, and tells her she cannot reverse or leave the street. Except there’s just one problem… He never identifies a crime. He never states a lawful order. He simply blocks her car and starts issuing threats. That’s an illegal detention. Then, he contradicts himself… He told her she can’t back up… and seconds later screams at her to “back the f*ck up.” The agent then walks to the side of her car and begins shining a flashlight directly into her face, with his hand still on his gun. When she tells him to get the light out of her face and back off, he moves directly in front of her car again and repeats the threat: “Do not hit me. This is your first and last warning.” Again… she hasn’t moved. Her car is still in reverse, and she repeatedly tells him to take his hand off his gun. She even says: “I’m not going to hit you!” And yet, the agent keeps escalating, screaming the same accusation over and over… as if he’s trying to manufacture a justification to shoot her. This is the exact same tactic we’ve already seen in multiple shootings involving ICE/Border Patrol… where federal agents step in front of vehicles and then claim they feared for their lives when the driver tries to leave, like they told them to do. Blocking a vehicle, threatening deadly force, illegally detaining a citizen, and creating a scenario where a shooting can be justified after the fact… Is not only dangerous, it’s illegal. Because when armed federal agents start threatening to kill people for driving down their own street, more people are eventually going to end up dead… And they will call it “self-defense.” And removing Kristi Noem isn’t going to change that.

In the video, the agent tells the driver that they are looking for a woman, and say the person’s name they are looking for. The driver immediately responded that they had the wrong person. The agent responded, “I know. I understand that.” But, instead of ending the stop… he continued to harass her, and asked, “Are you going to be childish?” Then he doubled down… saying she looked like the person they were looking for, and that he needed her ID. That’s when she pushed back and said, “bullshit.” And pointed out that they hadn’t even run her plates, because then they would know who she was… So, to break down what just happened: The ICE agents didn’t have a match on the vehicle registration. They were told, directly, they had the wrong person. They admitted that they knew that. And they still continued to demand to see her ID based on “she looks like her.” The Fourth Amendment requires more than a resemblance. It requires reasonable suspicion you are involved in a crime, or the law enforcement saw you commit a crime. If “you look like somebody” is enough to pull someone over, then there’s no meaningful limit left on who can be pulled over… which puts everyone in danger.

Yes on the videos we have so far. The initial encounter was him filming them. There was no gun being brandished. They jumped out of vehicles to go to try to intimidate him. Unfortunately there's no video yet between then and when they had them on the ground. When they had him on the ground they were pistol whipping him, at first it looked like a baton, but it's actually a gun. They had him down with at least five officers. You got to wait for a second so he tried to stand up they shot him in the back he was motionless after they shot him in the back. Then there were four more shots or more after that unloaded into his body from a posture of standing above him. Not a defensive posture. He's supposedly has a gun. It looks like ICE took something out of a holster. So it's likely that he did have a HOLSTERED GUN in an open carry state that is not a reason to shoot someone to death. He was not brandishing it -- again it was his camera. That was the reason for the initial approach was to intimidate him about his camera. It is perfectly legal to film ice This is out not murder once again. Now there is some sort of speculation on social that a gun was dropped and a bullet went off. That would be the ICE AGENTS who took the gun out of his holster. I'll post some videos for people to see in the order that they happened.

‼️After watching several angles of this, it’s very VERY clear, that the man ICE just MURDERED; • Never charged at the agents • Never had his hands on the gun • Had both hands on the pavement (see blue circle) And most importantly; the ICE agent wearing a grey hoodie DISARMED him BEFORE any shots were fired. (See red circle) This is another straight up assassination in the streets of Minneapolis by ICE!!
