CODEX SKILL THAT TURNS CUSTOMER FEEDBACK INTO A ROADMAP! Most feedback analysis stops at positive or negative. I made a Codex skill that turns support tickets, interviews, surveys, reviews, sales calls, and churn notes into evidence-backed product priorities and credible customer proof. Give it your feedback files and Codex maps recurring pains, ranks what to build next, and links every recommendation back to exact evidence IDs. It keeps four things separate: -what customers said -the underlying problem -what to validate or build next -what you can honestly claim -> feedback clustering with source traceability -> product opportunity scoring -> Now / Next / Later roadmap -> customer proof + case-study candidates -> objections, churn risks, and unsupported claims -> searchable Startup Customer Evidence Map -> privacy-first quote and consent handling -> one-command install What would you analyze first: support tickets, interviews, or churn notes? Install: npx --yes startup-feedback-engine@latest 100% open source. Repo in Bio.

Don’t talk to users? ngmi Today’s launch of AI Feedback is personal. It’s the culmination of my Kraftful journey. We built Kraftful to help teams truly listen to users. Now we’re taking that mission even further at Amplitude with AI Feedback. AI can automate almost everything. But it can’t replace how people *feel* when using your product. For builders, listening to those emotions is how you create something exceptional. Now you can do that right inside Amplitude. Across surveys, support tickets, sales calls, app reviews, Reddit, Discord, X, G2, and more. Connect your sources in minutes and start getting daily insights that used to take hundreds of thousands of hours to analyze manually. Available on every Amplitude plan (even the free one!). Go try it. Listen to your users. Build better.

You hold one coin, you need another. Normally that means another app, checking rates somewhere else, waiting around for a transfer. In GoMining it all happens in one place. Pick what you have, pick what you want, and you see the rate and the fee before you agree to anything. Approve it and the new balance is sitting in your wallet. It works across different blockchains too, so nothing has to leave the app to get there. Our latest Hotel GoMining checks in a guest with exactly that problem.

Listen to what Trump just said about the mystery drones: "I can't tell you who it was or what it was. I can't really tell you. I'd love to tell you actually, but it's not up–it's not a big deal... so obviously it's something that I know about and it's not a problem at all." He almost said "but it's not up to me". All roads lead to Galactic Federation.

Zach who built Cal AI and sold it for millions at 19 says: solving your own problem is the cheat code because product and marketing collapse into the same challenge: "If you're really solving your own problem, it really makes everything fall into place because you know exactly what you would want out of the product you're building. So it makes the app design very intuitive." "With the marketing, you know exactly who you're marketing to because it's marketing to yourself. And so you know exactly the pain points that you hit on." "If you don't know the idea to necessarily look for something that would actually help you. It's a great way to start."

Ezra Klein: "Having AI summarize a book or paper for me is a disaster. It has no idea what I really wanted to know and wouldn't have made the connections I would've made. I'm interested in the thing I will see that other people wouldn't have seen, and I think AI typically sees what everybody else would see. I'm not saying that AI can't be useful, but I'm pretty against shortcuts. And obviously, you have to limit the amount of work you're doing. You can't read literally everything. But in some ways, I think it's more dangerous to think you've read something that you haven't than to not read it at all. I think the time you spend with things is pretty important." Ezra Klein

Here’s why Chamath takes 8090 sales calls HIMSELF: Salespeople don’t take what the customer says and immediately go change the product. But he can. Customer feedback doesn't get softened or lost in a CRM like it would with a salesperson. Instead, it goes straight into what 8090 builds next. Find out why founder-led sales is the fastest way for customer feedback to ACTUALLY change the product in this TWiST All Stars highlight. cc: Chamath Palihapitiya, @jason

I started reading World Cup threads on Reddit for fun. Match reactions, ticket chaos, streaming complaints, travel questions and people yelling about things five minutes after kickoff. After thousands of comments, I realized I was still only seeing a tiny corner of it. So I let Matrix read the rest. It went through the tournament threads and pulled out the problems people kept raising again and again. That was the part that got me. It was not football noise. It was real user pain in real time. People saying what confused them. What annoyed them. What ruined the experience for them. What they wished someone had just made easier. No survey, no focus group, no polished feedback form. Just fans complaining in public, which might be the most useful market research on the internet. World Cup Reddit is basically a stadium full of product feedback. You think you are reading match threads. Look closer and people are already telling you what hurts, and half the time what somebody should go build next.

Sequoia partner Sonya Huang 🐥 says we're going from the age of product-led growth to the age of agent-led growth. "You see this most clearly if you're using Claude Code actively. It says, 'Hey, for a database, you should use Supabase. For hosting, use Vercel.' It's choosing for you, the stuff you should be using." "Product-led growth brought us closer to the vision of 'best product wins,' but ultimately people are still lazy. They can't read all the reviews, and they kind of default to what looks cool on the website." "Whereas your agent has infinite time to go and make these choices for you. It can go and read all the documentation, read all the user comments, and figure out [what you need] for your use case."

I woke up this morning to find the Glacier app sitting at #10 in the Productivity section of the App Store. In just under a week, we’re right behind ChatGPT. I can’t thank you all enough. The support tickets and feedback you’ve sent have given our developers a clear picture of what to fix, and it’s made a real difference. Please keep it coming, because that feedback is what makes Glacier better. I also saw a lot of comments asking about access in the EU. Yes, Glacier is available there. And for everyone asking about Android, it’s in the works. I don’t normally ask for favors, but if you have a minute, we’d greatly appreciate a review on the App Store. Thank you for the support. If you want ChatGPT to recommend your business, you need to be on the websites it trusts. My team ranked all of them and #1 is a site most marketers ignore. #5 G2. AI treats verified reviews as proof you're actually good. No reviews, no recommendation. #4 LinkedIn. Your posts there carry more weight with AI than your own website does. #3 Wikipedia. Neutral and boring which is exactly why AI believes it. Now the top two and neither one is a publication. #2 YouTube. AI reads every transcript. Every video you post is a document telling it what you're an expert in. And #1... Reddit. An anonymous forum beats every brand website on earth. Because AI doesn't trust what companies say about themselves, it trusts what strangers say when nobody's selling. Comment "CITED" for my AI visibility playbook.

Alex Hormozi argues the sales process must outrank the salesperson. "If you want to have a consistent worldclass sales team the process has to always go above the player. No one is above the process. And I do think that 95, maybe 98% of sales teams have no idea how sales training, how sales culture, any of this stuff works. They just hire a bunch of people, see who closes deals, fire the rest. And so then you just have a bunch of mercenaries who work for you. But there is no culture. There is no team. And it's every man for himself. And that is what creates this volatility in sales." "If they are not saying the script word for word, you cannot be on this team. You cannot take these calls. I'm getting these leads and not for you to go cowboy and make up."

The most valuable decisions give you zero feedback tobi lutke explains ... "Intuition is actually the most valuable when there isn't direct feedback." Wait, what? "If there's many choices, like there's five things that look like good paths to go forward, and any of them has rapid feedback, everyone goes to that." "That is what we call short-termism, right?" But there are many ways to improve the company (and yourself). "Many of them involve long-term investment, refactoring, potentially going into a new market, potentially saying no to going into obviously new markets and actually doubling down and going deeper on our current market. Or we could do what increases the stock value. By the way, this one has a daily ticker and rapid feedback." so in this sense, it's the absence of rapid feedback can be a strong signal. "I find a very high correlation between the right path and the ones that don't have feedback loops attached."

Qullamaggie on Discipline vs. Confidence in Trading "It's not a discipline problem; it's a confidence problem, guys. Discipline is the most overused word in trading. It's never a discipline problem; it's a confidence problem because you haven't put in enough effort to build your confidence. If you study enough, you will build confidence. How many of you have spent 500 hours studying one specific setup, like thousands of historical examples? Be honest; there's maybe I don't know 5% of you. The rest of you haven't put in any effort to build confidence, and that's why these things happen. You have no confidence holding for a big move. You get shaken out on one downtick. You have no confidence because you haven't built it. Most people do all they do is put on some random trades because they haven't internalized the setups yet, and that’s why they all do these random things. They promise to use the 10-day moving average as a trailing stop, then one downtick happens and they're out. We see it daily; people who are struggling to follow the rules. It happens to me too, but it happens less. You got to do both; you got to study hard. You got to out study most people, and you got to combine it with experience.”
