Enough is Enough. When Will This Nightmare End? A 13-year-old girl. Trafficked by an e-rickshaw driver. Sold to hotel operators. Gang-raped by over 30 men across multiple hotels for five straight days. This is not a one-off horror story. This is India’s daily reality. Every single day, girls and women are hunted, abducted, violated, and discarded by these sexual predators who roam free like animals. How many more innocent children have to be destroyed before we wake up? Police have arrested some suspects. Bulldozers are now demolishing the implicated hotels. Good, tear down every last brick. But let’s be brutally honest: Bulldozing buildings is not justice. It’s theatre. These monsters laugh at it because they know the real system is broken. They get arrested, the courtroom drama begins, and then? Bail. Delays. Technicalities. Witnesses turn hostile. Cases drag for years. Many walk out freer and bolder than before. The law is so weak, so toothless, that predators operate with zero fear. Until capital punishment is imposed swiftly and without mercy on these rapists, traffickers, and child predators, NOTHING will change. No more rehabilitation. No more sympathy. No more endless appeals while victims’ lives are ruined forever. These are not humans, they are beasts who have forfeited their right to live among us. Hang them. Publicly if needed. Let the fear of certain, immediate death be the only language they understand. We keep lighting candles, trending hashtags, and protesting after every gut-wrenching case. Then we forget until the next one. The cycle repeats because we refuse to fix the root: a spineless justice system that protects criminals more than victims. This stops now. Demand the death penalty for child rape and gang rape. Demand fast-track courts that finish cases in months, not decades. Demand zero tolerance, no bail, no mercy. Our daughters are not safe. Our sisters are not safe. Our future is not safe. If we can’t protect our children, we don’t deserve to call ourselves a civilized society.

In the last three weeks, another title has joined my world. In addition to being the wife of a hostage and a mother to two little girls, Roni and Alma, whose father was kidnapped before their eyes, I am now one of the Phase B people. Phase B people. We are the ones who had to be officially notified that our loved one is not on the first list. We are the ones waiting list, and there will be no surprise for us. We are the ones walking between the raindrops to continue the struggle but not to destroy anything. We are the ones who are wholeheartedly happy for our friends, the people who have become closest to us, looking at their pictures reuniting, and our tears are tears of joy and immense pain. We are the ones who feel guilty that maybe we haven’t done enough because ours has not yet returned. We are the ones who ask for forgiveness every day in our hearts from our loved ones because we have not succeeded. We are the ones who fear becoming invisible. We are the ones afraid that our day will not come. We are the ones who tell them it is getting closer, but we have no deadline. We are the ones afraid of being left behind. We are the ones whose journey will not end soon, and now we need to rise when we have no strength left. I also wanted to apologize for those whose cries have been heard for much longer, like the Goldin family. Their nightmare is over 20 years old. Another Saturday has passed, a new week begins. Keith, Ofer, and Yarden are already here. I only saw the pictures after the girls went to bed for their nap. I thought to myself today how lucky it is that it’s on Saturdays, when I’m busy and can’t sink into it. I need to be with Roni and Alma every Saturday, Roni and Alma who don’t know what’s happening beyond the bubble Ive created for them. All they know is that Daddy Omri has returned. The question of when already came up three times today. And the answer is the same answer for 484 days. I don’t know, but I will continue to ask for help for Daddy Omri to come back. On our bike ride, Roni told me today that Daddy Omri will be really happy when he comes back because she already knows how to ride by herself. And I thought to myself that we need to buy him a new bike with a new seat for Alma so he can ride with both of them. The 16th of the month is approaching. That day when they promised to start managing the negotiations for Phase B. As it does, hope and fear rise and strengthen. As it gets closer, voices of undermining and obstruction begin to be heard. I need you with me. My daughters need you with us. All the Phase B people need you. To continue reading and demanding the return of everyone. Life in life for rehabilitation, and the deceased and murdered for proper burial. We will not let this stop, we will not let this agreement fall. I need you with me so that in ten years you won’t stand here and ask me for forgiveness too! Daddy Omri and 78 other worlds need to be saved and brought back to us! Omri – like 484 days ago, today too. I love you, I’m taking care of our girls, I’m waiting for you, and you are our hero! I will not stop, I will not submit, I will not fall until you see Roni and Alma running towards you. Until you hear them call you Daddy!

Last night in the House of Lords, the General Secretary of the Free Speech Union, Lord Young of Acton, proposed three amendments to the Crime and Policing Bill. These amendments address what should be a straightforward question: should misgendering a trans person be treated as a criminal or aggravated offence? Clearly, the answer is no. The Government has proposed an amendment to the Crime and Policing Bill that extends the aggravated offences under the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 — currently limited to race and religion — to cover sexual orientation, transgender identity, sex and disability. In addition, it wants those aggravators to be extended to a new offence of causing harassment, alarm or distress to emergency workers. But why? The Crown Prosecution Service already has the power to flag sexual orientation, transgender identity and disability as aggravating factors when bringing a prosecution. When flagged in this way, incidents are recorded by the police as hate incidents, and judges can take those aggravating factors into account when sentencing. So what is the point? It won't create any additional safeguards for these 'protected' groups in the criminal law. The police, CPS and courts already treat sexual orientation, disability and transgender identity as aggravating factors. The main consequence of the Government's amendments — should they become law — will be to signal to the police that reports of supposedly “offensive” social media posts, aggravated by hostility towards these characteristics, should be prioritised — or, rather, given even more priority than they already are. More than 12,000 people were arrested in 2023 on suspicion of committing an offence for something they posted online. That’s over 30 people a day. Yet fewer than one in ten of those arrested were ultimately convicted and sentenced. The Free Speech Union has long argued that the police should focus on solving real crimes on our streets, not policing our tweets. Lord Young’s third amendment concerns Section 4B of the Public Order Act 1986. The Government is intending to create a new offence on April 1st — intentionally causing a person harassment, alarm or distress because of their sex. And that could include misgendering because, after all, it would be prompted by the perception that the real sex of the 'victim' is at odds with the sex they claim to be. And you can bet your bottom dollar trans activists will claim that misgendering them (in reality, using their correct gender pronouns) will cause them harassment, alarm or distress. Lord Young’s amendment would create a carve-out for misgendering, making it clear it's not an offence under s4B. Even if these changes to the law don't result in people being prosecuted for misgendering, they could easily result in people being investigated and arrested. Forty per cent of the 5,600 cases handled by the Free Speech Union in the last six years relate to sex and gender. These are not hypothetical scenarios. They reflect the reality of how the system already operates. Lord Young’s amendments ask for something modest: clarification that misgendering should not be treated as a criminal offence, let alone an aggravated one. They would not prevent police from investigating genuine crimes committed against trans individuals. But they would remove the potential for the law to be weaponised against lawful speech. 📍🟡 “Most people don’t visit zoos or aquariums with the intention of funding animal abuse. But the zoo industry has deliberately misled the public by rebranding itself as necessary for ‘conservation’. They tell us their work protects animals who are endangered in the wild – but this couldn’t be further from the truth.” – Animal Aid 📌 "A legitimate sanctuary does not breed animals or use them for profit, and only takes animals that cannot be returned to the wild. They are either closed to the public or highly regulate access to their facility. It is based around the animals' needs, rather than attempting to balance the needs of the animals with those of human visitors." – Born Free 📌 “Animals have evolved over millennia to adapt to their natural habitat. Life in captivity differs substantially from life in the wild. Space, social interactions, diet, climate, human presence and many more aspects are completely different to what they would encounter in the wild. Rather than living safe and easy lives in captivity, animals may face challenges which evolution has not prepared them for. This can result in ‘zoochosis’." – Born Free 📌 The issue of zoo animal welfare recently drew widespread public attention following the transfer of three Malaysian elephants, Dara, Amoi and Kelat, from Zoo Taiping & Night Safari to Osaka's Tennoji Zoo in March. The move sparked public concern, protests, and calls for them to be brought home. 📌 Concerns also centred on Tennoji Zoo’s elephant care history, including the case of Hiroko, an Asian elephant that spent years in isolation before dying in 2018, likely due to an untreated chronic foot-related disease. 📌 Meanwhile, PETA Asia has urged officials to relocate Dara, Amoi and Kelat to a reputable sanctuary, rather than another zoo. 🧵1

Recently, Al Jazeera, widely regarded as a propaganda tool of the UAE, published baseless and sensationalized accusations claiming that the Eritrean Defense Forces (EDF) were involved in widespread acts of "rape" during the conflict in Tigray. To be absolutely clear: rape and all forms of sexual violence are abhorrent crimes that must be condemned wherever they occur. However, falsely accusing the EDF—a military known for its discipline and strict code of conduct—of such heinous acts without credible, verifiable evidence is both unjust and deeply irresponsible. This appears to be a deliberate effort to tarnish the reputation of Eritrea and its forces, likely motivated by ulterior political objectives. It’s important to recognize that Tigray has long struggled with high incidences of sexual violence, even before the conflict. Activists and experts, including those from Tigray, have openly spoken about the alarming situation for women in the region. One activist notably referred to Tigray as "a hell for women" on national television. Professor Haregeweyn has also extensively documented the horrific conditions faced by women and children in Tigray well before the war began. Recently, even the Interim President of Tigray, Getachew Reda, admitted that the level of sexual violence within their own community is "truly alarming" and described the situation as "really scary." Rather than addressing these longstanding systemic issues, the focus has shifted toward fabricating accusations against external actors. This finger-pointing does nothing to address the real and deep-rooted problems, particularly the disturbing levels of sexual violence within Tigray itself. It’s high time for outlets like Al Jazeera to stop spreading false narratives and politically motivated misinformation. Such reporting not only fails to bring justice to the actual victims of sexual violence but also undermines genuine efforts to solve the region’s problems. Honest, unbiased journalism is essential for ensuring justice and addressing the root causes of suffering in Tigray, rather than scapegoating Eritrea for issues it did not create. 👇🏾Here are some pre-war studies on sexual violence in Tigray, which was already out of control. Phil From: Marty O'Donnell Sent: Friday, October 18, 2024 2:15 PM To: Phil Spencer Subject: Fwd: Congrats Phil, How are you doing? If you’re serious about re-booting Halo, how about an “Advisory Council” of the original creators? Could be a great PR and business move. Here’s my email to Brian. Haven’t heard back yet. Cheers, Marty O'Donnell Composer/Audio Director Begin forwarded message: From: Marty O'Donnell Date: October 6, 2024 at 8:45:28 PM PDT To: Brian Jarrard Subject: Congrats Brian, Ok, congrats on a cool reboot. I’ve always loved Halo and this new beginning looks fantastic. So I’ve tried this before a few times and was always rejected. So I’ll try one more time. If there’s anything I can do to help or advise the new studio I’m available. I’m well aware of the animosity that exists but for my part I’d love to just help a franchise that I love and start fresh. I heard the Halo music in the trailer and I’m well aware that fans still love the old tunes. That’s not where I believe I would add value, however, but rather as someone who was there creatively from before the beginning. Keeping me completely outside the process is probably the choice that you folks will make in regards to my involvement, but perhaps think of me as a former player who would love to be one of the assistant coaches on the sideline. Or maybe an emeritus professor coming along side for moral support. In any case, you’re the only one there who knows me and can share this with the rest of the team. I wish all of you the very best. #WATCH | Kolkata, West Bengal: AITC National General Secretary and TMC MP Abhishek Banerjee says, "The INS warships and Rafale are yet to be deployed. Do that too. The thing that you should be doing against Bangladesh and Pakistan, you are doing it against the people of Bengal and call us Bangladeshi. So those who talk about fear and trust, people are watching who are creating an environment of fear and terror in Bengal, and people will answer for it." "BJP can try every trick from their rule book. They will fall flat on their faces when the results come out. You don't know the people of Bengal... I will be in the Amtala's control room." "I am not a political astrologer. I have said Trinamool's tally will increase. I stick to my claim what I said one year back. What I said one year ago was that Trinamool's vote percentage will increase and with a bigger majority than 2021. Trinamool is going to form the government for the fourth time, and I will meet you on the 4th." "If voters are being lathi-charged, then how will there be a fear-free election? If you have stopped 30 lakh people from voting, then who is spreading the atmosphere of terror and fear? These people say one thing and do another. They promised Rs 15 lakh and Amit Shah's party built a party office worth Rs 1500 crore. So if you are talking about fear, then they are the ones spreading fear and Didi and Trinamool are giving assurance that you should vote. Use your rights and give Bengal such a majority that in the coming days, these people will be forced to think 100 times before doing injustice to the Bengalis and Bengal."

Why did Amazeorg remove this 5-year-old video from their YouTube channel today when Bill Ackman brought attention to it on X? Is it be because, as Bill said, it acts as a "transgender recruitment cartoon" for kids feeling awkward about their bodies during puberty? Or is it because the scientific claims made about the effects of puberty blockers being "temporary" and reversible were never evidence based? I think we all deserve an explanation. TRANSCRIPT: A person who is transgender is someone whose internal sense of their gender—being a boy, girl, or something else—doesn't match their physical body. People who feel this way sometimes feel anxious when they begin to reach puberty and their body starts to change in ways that don't match their internal sense of their gender. These feelings are totally normal. If you feel you want more time to explore how you feel about your gender before your body starts to change, it's important to talk with a parent, counselor, therapist, or doctor about the feelings you have regarding your gender. After some discussion and counseling, you may be referred to an endocrinologist. Endocrinologists specialize in hormones, and they're the most likely to prescribe puberty blockers for someone who wants them. Puberty blockers are medications that will stop your body from changing. They're usually given as an injection or an implant. They block the production of hormones to stop or delay the physical changes of puberty. The effects of the medication are only temporary, so if a person stops using puberty blockers, the physical changes of puberty will begin again. Whether you identify as male, female, genderqueer, or something else, you're perfectly normal. And there are lots of ways to manage puberty so that it can be a fun, exciting time rather than a scary or stressful one.

A charity cancelled a choir because its leader believes that women do not have penises. Scope, a charity which supports disabled people, had invited a community choir to cheer on runners at the London Marathon under its banner. But just days before the marathon, Scope rescinded the invitation because the choir leader, Janet Murray, has publicly stated that she believes women are biologically female and that women should be entitled to single-sex spaces. Scope said these views conflicted with its “commitment to diversity and inclusion”. In correspondence with Janet, the charity reportedly said: “We are concerned about your views because we don’t agree with your views.” It seems Scope is more concerned about policing lawful opinions than supporting its charitable work on behalf of disabled people — many of whom rely on single-sex care and spaces themselves. Cases involving people being penalised for gender-critical beliefs remain one of the largest categories of cases handled by the Free Speech Union. Under the Equality Act, gender-critical beliefs are protected philosophical beliefs. Janet is a member of the Free Speech Union and is taking legal action against Scope alleging unlawful discrimination on the basis of her protected beliefs. If you have been discriminated against because of your belief that sex is biological and immutable, join the Free Speech Union — and we will stand up for your right to express lawful opinions. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 The English were not the only ones to demand their king answer to them. A century after Runnymede, fifty Scots sealed a declaration of their own. ⚔️ It went further than the English barons had ever dared. Their king was excommunicated. Their country had been at war for 30 years. The Pope had refused to recognise that their kingdom existed at all. So they wrote to him. ⚖️ They sealed the declaration with more than 50 personal seals. Not one king's seal. 50. Each man committing his own identity, his own house, and his own life, to the words on the page. 📜 The Declaration said something nobody in Christendom had ever put in writing before. It said that a king of Scotland did not rule by his own right. He ruled by the consent of his people. If he ever submitted them back to English rule, the Scots would cast him out and choose another king from among themselves. A medieval king, bound by the consent of his people, to be removed if he failed them. This was 1320. 🔥 And then the Declaration said the line. It said the Scots were not fighting for glory. They were not fighting for riches. They were not fighting for honours. They were fighting for one thing only. For freedom alone, the Declaration said, no honest man surrenders, but with his life. 🏛️ That line was read at the dissolution of the Scottish Parliament in 1707. At the opening of the new Scottish Parliament in 1999. At Scottish memorial services for the wars of the 20th century. For 700 years, the line has never gone out of use. The original Declaration of Arbroath still exists. A single piece of vellum, the ink faded, some of the seals fallen off, the rest hanging from the bottom of the page on silk cords 700 years old. It is held by the National Records of Scotland in Edinburgh. UNESCO added it to the Memory of the World register in 2016. On these islands, the idea that a king rules by the consent of his people is ancient. Older than the kings who tried to break it. Older than the countries we now live in. Older than the languages we now speak. The English barons reformed the throne. The Scots threatened it. ✍️ One island. One spirit. 🇬🇧 The British write their own history. They always have. Help us remember who we are. Help us remember every British achievement. 👇🙏 👉 👈 Be part of us. ☝️🇬🇧 Be Proud Of Us. 🙏🇬🇧

Kirralie Smithis a national fucking hero, an actual feminist fucking hero and this bullshit from these psychos needs to be knocked on the head. I personally do not give a shit if you as a bloke choose to dress as a woman, I don’t care about your sexuality as long as it’s consensual and you stay the fuck away from children. I do fucking care very much if female athletes have to compete against men with some psychological challenges. I do care if a woman wants to play or compete in contact sport boxing, MMA, rugby ect and is forced to participate against a bloke in a dress I don’t give a fuck how pretty the dress that is nothing more than sanctioned and glorified domestic violence. There are two genders and some confused humans some of the confused humans are perfectly lovely and just going about their. Some of them are fucking zealots , lunatics who think the rest of us must participate in this distorted make believe reality. They think somehow it’s ok to beat women in sports and then be surprised and feign offence when a biological woman is offended and doesn’t want to be beaten, bashed and bruised by some fuckwit, and heaven forbid a biological woman says “this is fucked” she will be howled down, declared a bigot or which ever other ridiculous term these clowns throw around to shut you pesky reality driven humans up. Any judge who upholds these delusional completely devoid of reality gender identity based judgements should be not only sacked, disbarred and removed from any position of authority since they clearly have no fucking grip on reality. $100,000 with 28 days to pay or it doubles is a travesty that flies not only in the face of logic, justice and women everywhere but anyone who is left with an ounce of common sense. Any criminal or lawyer who has had an unsuccessful case against ANY of the judges who have clearly lost any legitimate grip on reality should be filing appeals on the basis of an incompetent to practice judge. At some point Australians need to simply tell theee lunatics to shut the fuck up, get the mental health support you need and get a fucking job/ no one is special based of their sexual identity, sexuality or gender. Trump’s ‘Winning Economic Formula’ Explained | E.J. Antoni, Ph.D. “Affordability” seems to be the new buzzword these days, and the mainstream media has suddenly “woken up to the fact that Americans are in a cost-of-living crisis.” Americans, however, have been experiencing a cost-of-living crisis for several years now, but naturally the mainstream media had no interest in talking about it when Biden was in office. E.J. Antoni, Ph.D., chief economist at Heritage Foundation, explains how “the average American’s situation is clearly improving” now that President Donald Trump is back in the White House, but people fell so far behind during the Biden administration that there’s still serious work to be done: 👉 The federal bureaucracy is smaller than it’s been in over a decade. 👉 For the first time in more than four years, job growth for native-born Americans is outpacing foreign-born workers. 👉 Biden-era inflation cost families $4,300 in pay, while under Trump 2.0, inflation-adjusted incomes are up nearly $1,700. “Keep your foot down on the throttle, Mr. President, and you’ll not only make life more affordable, but more affordable than ever.” Support The Daily Signal’s work today to allow us to keep producing videos, like this one, by becoming a Signal Elite Supporter.
