Hasan Piker - the biggest progressive pro-Palestine, pro-Hamas streamer in the world, a guy now infamous for streaming with Houthi militants - literally couldn’t find Yemen on a world map prior to October 7. He thought Yemen was in Central Asia and clicked on Turkmenistan. Perhaps this utter ignorance of Yemen is why Hasan thinks it makes sense for him as a progressive to support the Houthi Ansar Allah paramilitary group which uses child soldiers, executes gay people and bans women from going outside without a male guardian.
