This umpire made an unpopular call, but is it the correct call? Man on first and the batter hits a line drive to the shortstop- a line drive. The shortstop drops the ball, tags second and throws to first for the double play. The umpire called an infield fly rule, called the batter out and sent the runner back to first. He said the shortstop intentionally dropped the ball, thus he instituted the infield fly rule. I’ve never seen that before when it is not a pop up. Do you think it was a good call by the umpire or a smart play by the shortstop or both a good call and a smart try by the shortstop? Have you ever seen a line drive called an infield fly rule?

In parts of Florida, track homes that traded in the low 400s two years ago now go for the low 300s. Buyers who bought the mania are underwater. It follows the K-shaped economy exactly. The bottom cracks first while the top stays flat. And the read here is that this is only the first or second inning.

Bar hop How It’s Done Start on one side of the stick with two targets at 7-10 yards and 1 yard apart. On the beep, engage the target directly in front of you with two shots, then engage the second target with two shots. Step over the stick and reengage the first target with two shots, and then the second target with two shots again. This drill is 8 shots total, with four on each target. Why It’s Done This drill is a great way to introduce movement into your training. If you're used to static shooting, this drill would be a great one to start with. It may be just one step, but getting your feet to do what they’re supposed to while shooting is harder than it looks. This drill also includes a couple of transitions, which will easily get you some Charlies and Deltas if you’re not careful. Things to Remember The goal is to make it sound like you're shooting one target. What I mean by that is you should try to shorten the time between targets and make the flow as smooth as possible. When you start and when you finish, be sure to check your stance. You don’t want to end up off balance. Bending your knees will help soften your movement. As always, make sure you are looking at a small spot and not just the whole target. It’s one of my favorite drill to do so give it a try! Thanks sis for the drill suggestion! Hannah

SABON GARI, KANO: Yesterday, Naija Confra reported two separate incidents in Kano State: the k!ll!ng of Emma, alias Number 4 (pictured), and a video showing Aye (NBM) att@cking Vikings (DNKI). We can now explain what happened in both cases. In the first case, Emma alias Number 4 was not a cvltist. He was just a rugged non-cvltist and a drvg dealer, though he had family members in both Vikings and Aye. The incident occurred at Ballat-Hughes by Court Road, Sabon Gari. Eyewitnesses said that just minutes into the New Year, a group of men arm£d with golf sticks, mach£tes, and ax£s, chanting “Aye Ax£men,” were moving around looking for Vikings and robbing people. They later changed location due to police presence. Emma reportedly confronted them when they tried to rob him, which led to him being st@bbed in the st0mach and strvck on the he@d with an ax£. He was taken to the h0spital and later di£d. Claims by some Ayes that Emma was a Viking are false. He was not a cvltist, making him the first non-cvltist k!lled by cvltists in 2026. In the second Kano incident, the vi0lence began with the att@ck on a Viking named Tosin at Aminu Road. giselle talks about the two things she checks most carefully before going on stage, her throat condition and her shoes. 🌙 when you’re dancing and singing at the same time, your throat gets super dry, and if there aren’t any breaks in between, i can’t drink water, so in those moments, i just try to find any way i can to drink water. and for shoes, first of all, heavy shoes are really difficult for me. i’m not good with heavy shoes at all, so i try to avoid them as much as possible. also, on stage, there are these lift like platforms… and between them, there are these tiny gaps, and if i’m wearing thin heels, they can get stuck in those gaps. if they get stuck, i’ll fall, right? and that would be so embarrassing. so for me, how i try to prevent situations like that is by: 1) i prefer block heels over thin heels. 2) i prefer heels that are as low as possible. i always try to look for shoes that are the most comfortable but still pretty at the same time, but honestly, it’s really hard. that’s why, no matter what outfit i’m wearing, i always think about two things first. one is shoes, and the second is pants. i think those two are the hardest things for me to find.

🦌 &team, right. i met up with k hyung from &team. let me tell you the story. i just parted ways with him. so, i met up with k hyung. he had told me before, "if you come to japan, hit me up. let’s grab a meal." but honestly, everyone says things like that, and actually following through to the point where you sit down and eat together isn’t that easy. you get what i mean, right? it’s kind of like when someone asks, "hey, are you going through a tough time these days?" a lot of the time, they’re not genuinely offering to sit down and listen or comfort me. most of the time, it just means they’re curious about how i’ve been and want to catch up on my life. but when i actually reached out to k hyung, he immediately said he was free today, so we went out for a meal and then stopped by a café. and honestly, it was so much fun. even though it was our first time eating together, i felt more comfortable than i do with some of my hometown friends. since he speaks korean well, it made things even easier. and as for me, i’ve learned just enough japanese to at least try and make k hyung laugh. i tried being a little playful, and luckily, k hyung laughed at my jokes. that was a relief, i would’ve been embarrassed otherwise. i laughed a lot, and k hyung did too. we ate, and since k hyung likes walking, we walked around a bit too. he started this career way earlier than i did, so he gave me some advice. but honestly… i don’t even remember what we talked about. it’s like when you meet up with an old friend and later think, "wait, what did we even talk about?" and you can’t remember anything. i was so happy. when i go to apgujeong with hanbin hyung or gunwook, i tend to say, "since we’re in apgujeong, i’ll pay." but when we go often, we just take turns paying. so when i went to apgujeong with gunwook to eat kalguksu, i was like, "i’ll pay this time, but when we go to osan, you cover it." we joke around like that. but k hyung did the same thing. seriously… k hyung was really just like me… it felt like if we met a second time, one of us might disappear, like what happens to doppelgänger or something, just way too similar. we kept talking, then went to a café and talked some more. he said he had never seen someone eat two ice creams before their meal. i had ordered them 10 minutes before k hyung arrived. i saw that the barbecue place had ice cream, so i was like, "oh? they have ice cream? well, then i gotta try it!" and i ordered two. apparently, that was a first for him. i guess it’s not something people usually do. even after the meal, i had more, and then we went to a café. k hyung was once again like, "since we’re in japan, i’ll pay." he took a regular taxi for himself, but for me, he was like, "oh, gyuvin, you’re a superstar!" and called a van. i was like, "hyung, this isn’t right. you should take this one." but he kept insisting, "just get in, get in, get in!" so yeah, we had fun and then i came back. and as soon as i got back, i turned the live. that was my day. also, i have a lot of friends now. there's younghoon hyung, jungha hyung, and of course, k hyung, hanbin hyung… of course, my members are a given. i guess i’m kind of a “insider” now, huh?

🦌 &team, right. i met up with k hyung from &team. let me tell you the story. i just parted ways with him. so, i met up with k hyung. he had told me before, "if you come to japan, hit me up. let’s grab a meal." but honestly, everyone says things like that, and actually following through to the point where you sit down and eat together isn’t that easy. you get what i mean, right? it’s kind of like when someone asks, "hey, are you going through a tough time these days?" a lot of the time, they’re not genuinely offering to sit down and listen or comfort me. most of the time, it just means they’re curious about how i’ve been and want to catch up on my life. but when i actually reached out to k hyung, he immediately said he was free today, so we went out for a meal and then stopped by a café. and honestly, it was so much fun. even though it was our first time eating together, i felt more comfortable than i do with some of my hometown friends. since he speaks korean well, it made things even easier. and as for me, i’ve learned just enough japanese to at least try and make k hyung laugh. i tried being a little playful, and luckily, k hyung laughed at my jokes. that was a relief, i would’ve been embarrassed otherwise. i laughed a lot, and k hyung did too. we ate, and since k hyung likes walking, we walked around a bit too. he started this career way earlier than i did, so he gave me some advice. but honestly… i don’t even remember what we talked about. it’s like when you meet up with an old friend and later think, "wait, what did we even talk about?" and you can’t remember anything. i was so happy. when i go to apgujeong with hanbin hyung or gunwook, i tend to say, "since we’re in apgujeong, i’ll pay." but when we go often, we just take turns paying. so when i went to apgujeong with gunwook to eat kalguksu, i was like, "i’ll pay this time, but when we go to osan, you cover it." we joke around like that. but k hyung did the same thing. seriously… k hyung was really just like me… it felt like if we met a second time, one of us might disappear, like what happens to doppelgänger or something, just way too similar. we kept talking, then went to a café and talked some more. he said he had never seen someone eat two ice creams before their meal. i had ordered them 10 minutes before k hyung arrived. i saw that the barbecue place had ice cream, so i was like, "oh? they have ice cream? well, then i gotta try it!" and i ordered two. apparently, that was a first for him. i guess it’s not something people usually do. even after the meal, i had more, and then we went to a café. k hyung was once again like, "since we’re in japan, i’ll pay." he took a regular taxi for himself, but for me, he was like, "oh, gyuvin, you’re a superstar!" and called a van. i was like, "hyung, this isn’t right. you should take this one." but he kept insisting, "just get in, get in, get in!" so yeah, we had fun and then i came back. and as soon as i got back, i turned the live. that was my day. also, i have a lot of friends now. there's younghoon hyung, jungha hyung, and of course, k hyung, hanbin hyung… of course, my members are a given. i guess i’m kind of a “insider” now, huh?
