Kirk, look in a mirror and ask everyone on council to look in a mirror. Austin started to become less affordable with your bait and switch Hospital District tax, which then gave the kids incentive for ProjConn, then free day care and next up Alter's Climate calamity tax. Get a clue @austintexasgov

Agree. Cut unnecessary spending and programs that don’t help the majority of tax payers. Reduce property taxes. Do a deep, effective , independent, transparent budget review. Should lead to savings, lead to tax reductions. Thank you.

Hey Kirk - housing is earned not a gift why does @austintexasgov not get that? You can't saddle other taxpayers with usurious property taxes because you end up making housing unaffordable for everyone
