If it wasn't obvious before, it's certainly obvious now: The SEC has a deliberate policy preference to provide LESS clarity to the marketplace instead of more clarity. Complete disservice to our great capital markets.

She was so embarrassed to have to defend their 2018 behavior in front of Congress. The SEC doesn’t give a rat’s ass about due process, about fair notice, about the Howey test. They’re trying to grab territory and they’ll harm Americans to do it.

Thank you for exposing the blatant bias and agenda of the SEC and Gary Gensler when it comes to digital assets and currencies. One can only hope Gensler gets sacked and and sued for slowing down and stopping clear and fair regulations for crypto assets.

End the bureaucracies. They are effectively lawmakers beyond the reach of voters. Bureaucracies offer government institutions for capture. Return the country to the voter and empower the elected. Law via the elected over law via the appointed.

Nice to discuss this, but in the end, it doesn't matter. Because if it did, Gary was already fired years ago. The US legal and monetary system is completely rigged. And the US is missing gains on the biggest digital revolution. I feel bad for Americans.
