Streeting wants to rejoin the EU Then put it in your manifesto and call a general election if you become Labour leader! We had a referendum. Why should we reverse a democratic vote only 6 years after formally leaving? Leaving the EU was not a catastrophic mistake. Covid, Ukraine, rampant immigration, and ballooning welfare have impacted our economy far more than our ties to the bureaucratic, corrupt EU. It’s not as if the EU has been performing incredibly itself! We must NEVER rejoin! We must leave the ECHR and bring about a full Brexit!
