@AsteadWH You know their data centers and if Michigan doesn't want them, don't have them. The states who want them should get them. Michigan is run by luddites.

@AsteadWH The core issue for Michigan ratepayers is tariff design: ensuring hyperscalers pay 100% of dedicated transmission and substation upgrades up front, rather than rolling new industrial capacity into general rate base.

Data centers pay their fair share in taxes to fund our schools, roads, and communities. Data centers are built with local union labor.
