"I don't think I could eat that much meat." THAT MUCH MEAT..... I've had this comment from friends when talking about carnivore. Just this week, I had two other friends who do carnivore have comments from their friends saying this exact thing. I once had a friend tell me that people probably don't think we eat a ton of meat every day, they just wonder how we could eat "only" meat every day. So, when I saw the comments my friends got on their carnivore posts, I followed along to see what people really think. What I found is that people actually do think we eat a lot of meat every single day. So, I'd like to clear up a couple things about carnivore: 1. Many of us don't "only eat meat." We eat a variety of animal-based foods. Red meat, chicken, seafood, pork, eggs. Dairy like plain yogurt, cheese, cottage cheese, kefir, etc. Some of us add coffee or tea. Some add avocado, kimchi, olives, or pickles to their meals. Some add herbs, or make tomato sauces for things like animal-based lasagna or pizza, etc. 2. We don't eat a huge slab of beef every day. People see some carnivores on social media eating 3lb tomahawk steaks and think we eat like that every day. We don't. Many of us eat less meat than we did before going carnivore. How? Because we're eating extremely nutrient-dense food and not loading our bellies with fiber and non-nutrient-dense foods. So our bodies are getting more nutrients and our appetites are much more satisfied. When our appetites are satisfied and our bodies are nourished, we actually eat less. Before going carnivore, I used to eat a diet that was heavy in plants and whole-food carbs. I'd add lean meats and low-fat dairy, whey protein powders and creatine, "health food" protein bars and shakes. Even with a diet heavy in plants with some lean meats, I still ate 1lb or more of meat daily. It was all chicken breasts, fish, canned tuna, and ground turkey. Every once in a great while, I'd grill a couple tri-tips or a steak. But it wasn't often. I'd wake up hungry and go to bed hungry. I ate all day long because I was constantly hungry, always had cravings, and my appetite never felt satisfied. My body lacked energy, I always felt bloated from all the vegetables, fiber, and carbs, and I never truly felt nourished. I increased my carb and calorie intake to see if it would help with my lack of energy, but it didn't. It made the bloating and sluggishness worse, I still didn't feel nourished, and I was still hungry. I would seriously have an extended stomach that was full, but my body would still feel hungry. I never understood it, until I went carnivore and fed my body truly nutrient-dense foods. Everything changed. The way I see food changed. On carnivore, I just follow my appetite and let my body decide when it's hungry. I don't force meals if I'm not hungry. So, I typically eat once a day. That one meal usually consists of around 8oz-12oz of beef with a few eggs. Sometimes, I eat twice a day. One meal usually has about 8oz-10oz of meat, the second meal usually has about 6oz. So, a total of 1lb for the day. Not only do I eat less than what I used to eat, but I spend a lot less money on food too. I've heard people question this way of eating a lot. They claim it's unsustainable or it lacks nutrients. They think we're eating, "That much meat." They don't understand that we're eating foods that have extremely bioavailable nutrients that the human body was actually designed to efficiently break down, absorb, and use. But, they can question and I'll keep sharing and answering. Until they try it for themselves, they won't understand the benefits we all have experienced with this way of eating. Our bodies aren't lacking nutrients. They're now actually getting nutrients. Big difference. **Here's a breakfast I sometimes make. Biscuits & gravy with eggs. Sausage gravy made with HWC and milk, no flour. Butter biscuits made with butter powder and duck eggs, no flour. Yum!

Dear friends, I turn 43 today. Thank you for all your warm wishes on this day. I took a leave from hospital today to be with family and unwind. I started doing this every birthday after a near fatal crash in 2021 (at a time when I was wholly married to my work) and everything changed since then. I decided to smell the flowers, and touch the grass, but also do quality work as a professional. Yes work life balance is possible. It is not a myth. As a clinical doctor sub-specialist, there are many things I changed for the better. I stopped being a workaholic. I found that seeing 20 patients a day with utmost dedication and care was far more satisfying than seeing 100 quickly. It also helped me improve my patients lives. I learned to prescribe less, listen more, treat when needed and advice lifestyle changes. It is now more than 3 years since I have touched alcohol. So that I can authoritatively treat my patients and advice them with what is right. I stopped meeting medical pharma representatives and accepting to go for every medical conference and sponsored meeting. This actually improved my clinical knowledge because I started to improve myself, on my own. I read more... I became that student I once was. I became my most important competition. Everyday I try to be a better doctor for my patients - by following science and evidence and updating myself. I started to love myself, because of which I started to take care of myself. From finding time for daily work outs (not to develop a 6-pack, but to be physically active to improve overall health), keeping aside time to unwind, and saying no to additional work and over indulging in commitments - because of which, I found time to feed my passions - music, book writing and movies. My first book (non-fiction) is now in proof-reading (hopefully will be out next year). And I started working on my new book projects. Bound India (Bound) and Tara Khandelwal will be representing my future literary works. At some point in the future, I want to write so much more (not like these days when I have to burn midnight oil to get through a chapter after an exhausting day at work). I stopped believing in publish or perish. This is a myth. Academic life is important. I am still active in it - but I choose my battles wisely. I do not get anxious or depressed if I cannot publish medical papers consistently. I decided to publish medical papers if I find them worthy of spending time, money and effort on. This gave me the option of indulging in public health research projects (like Citizens Protein Project) and spend more time with MESH ( This was far more satisfying that wasting money to publish medical science that only catered to my peer-circles and not the public. Today, I had a good breakfast with my wife, and we decided to get inked (my fourth and fifth tattoos), got some choux pastry instead of traditional 'cake cutting' and worked more on my new book (a semi-autobiographical medical college memoir). I thank you all for the great support and love in here... and I hope I can do more for my patients, their family, my family and the public at large... as long as I can. ...and thanks also to my trolls and loud but irrelevant critics in whose minds I live rent free.

Today, I'm announcing that I am suspending my campaign for United States Senate. And I'm doing it with a deep, deep sense of gratitude. For our thousands of volunteers, for everyone who donated what you could — building a campaign with zero corporate PAC dollars. For my staff, who built this team up from nothing. I thank you. For my family. For Ray, who believed in me long before I ever believed in myself. And for Noa. Our five-year-old, who presses her hands up against the window to wave goodbye every morning when I leave for work. "Remember, Mom," she reminded me recently. "It's not about if you win. It's about trying hard and having fun." She's right. So I want to be very clear about what this announcement is not. I may be suspending this campaign, but I am not leaving the fight. I never planned on politics. After the 2016 election, I felt lost. I picked up my phone and typed five words into the search bar: "How to run for office." And here's what I learned: when regular people get in the fight, things can change. In my very first election, we flipped a district against the incumbent. Four years later — with so many of you — we flipped the Michigan Senate for the first time in nearly forty years. And we didn’t stop at winning. We repealed Michigan's abortion ban. We raised wages. We made sure every child gets breakfast and lunch at school. We made it easier to go to college. We expanded civil rights and voting rights. And so, so much more. These wins took thousands of us — showing up every single day, refusing to give up when there were setbacks. That's why I'm staying in this fight. And why I need you to stay in it with me. Now, I haven’t been shy about calling for new leadership and a better Democratic Party. I mean it. The energy is there. People are crying out for change. And we owe it to them to listen. Evil exists, God exists. God wills evil to exist. He did not create it, He could not create it, but He did not prevent it. He ordained it, He willed it - here it comes, listen carefully - because He had a purpose for it; He had a purpose for it - a purpose. Why Does Evil Dominate the World? — John MacArthur // March 4, 2007 If God is not in total control of evil, if He has not ordained it – listen - and if He does not have it under complete control at every millisecond of history, then this universe is out of control at the most crucial point. If God is not in control of this completely, then how and when will He get the knowledge and the power to get it under control? And I would ask you this: would you rather have a God trying to get control of evil, or a God completely in control of it? Take your choice. But the God of the Bible is in complete control of evil for His own purposes. It is really heresy to say that the world is full of evil apart from a predetermined plan and purpose by God that is far above the willy-nilly choices of people. So, what do we know up to now? Evil exists, God exists. God wills evil to exist. He did not create it, He could not create it, but He did not prevent it. He ordained it, He willed it - here it comes, listen carefully - because He had a purpose for it; He had a purpose for it - a purpose. This is critical: He had a purpose for evil. What is that purpose that God had for evil? Before I answer that question - and that’s the fourth in our little outline - let me read the Westminster Confession from the 1700s; some great theologians and biblical scholars put this together. Listen carefully: “God, from all eternity, did, by the most wise and holy counsel of His own will, freely, and unchangeably ordain whatsoever comes to pass:“ Yet so, as thereby neither is God the author of sin, nor is violence offered to the will of the creatures; nor is the liberty or contingency of second-hand causes taken away ... sinfulness proceeds not only from the creature; proceeds only from the creature and not from God, who, being most holy and righteous, neither ... can be the author and approver of sin.” But then, says the Westminster Confession, all that God decrees and all that God providentially brings to pass is all to the praise of His glory - and they got it right.The reason for God ordaining evil is for the praise of His glory. Let me ask you a simple question to help you answer the question - the bigger question: is God more glorious because of sin existing or less glorious? Pretty easy question to answer, isn’t it? That really is the ultimate question. Throughout all the eons of eternity, will God receive more glory from His creatures because sin existed or less? And, friends, that’s really all that matters, is the eternal glory of God. So, it’s fourth down, and we’re on the ten-yard line, and I’m pulling out the winning play and we’re going for six for the victory. Turn to Romans 3 - and I want you to track with me a little bit; can’t take time to develop all of this, but I’m going to give you a good start. Wish I could build context; we don’t have time. But let’s look at chapter 3 and verse 5. Opening statement: “But if our unrighteousness demonstrates the righteousness of God, what shall we say?” Grab that phrase: our right - unrighteousness demonstrates the righteousness of God. And Paul uses the first of a series of verbs; this one happens to be sunistēmi, translated demonstrates in the New American Standard. It is a verb that means to disclose, to reveal, to put on display, to show. Our unrighteousness demonstrates the righteousness of God. Another way to say that would be, would you really understand the righteousness of God if you didn’t understand unrighteousness? Isn’t there something to be gained by the contrast? Paul has been showing that God is faithful to His promises to Israel, and their sin and unbelief cannot alter God’s covenant, cannot alter God’s faithfulness.

OP: I've worked with #LISA from BP before. Even now, my hands still shake when I talk about it. It was during an interview at the launch event for her album Alter Ego at One Bangkok. If you remember, that day Lisa was wearing a slightly more daring, sexy outfit. The thing that impressed me the most about her was how humble she is. When working with Korean artists, there are usually a lot of procedures and layers involved. You rarely get direct access to the artist. But during that project, the person discussing the script with us, talking about camera angles and lighting, was actually Alice, Lisa's manager. She was incredibly professional and respected our ideas. Then, when Lisa walked out, it honestly felt like I lost all sense of reality. It was as if she was floating toward us. But of course, we had to stay professional. My friend and I were literally pinching our legs, telling ourselves, "Not yet, not yet, stay professional." As soon as she entered the set, she greeted everyone. She made eye contact with almost every person there. I even made eye contact with her. She smiled at me, and honestly, that smile just melted me. For context, this was a video interview. If you can't picture it, we were behind the camera, and Lisa was only about 1-2 m away. She was so close that you could see every detail of her skin. It sounds like I'm praising her—and I am, actually. Her manners, her presence, everything about her was admirable. She was warm, approachable, and easy to talk to. She never gave off the vibe of, "I'm a superstar, I don't need to greet anyone." Not at all. After the interview, everyone on the crew kept talking about how lovely she was. We all agreed that she was incredibly friendly, especially with Thai people. She was easy to work with and gave her all. She even told the hosts, "I'm nervous too." Those of us on the crew who were fans were basically on cloud nine for days afterward. As a fellow Thai person, I feel like she never stops making Thailand proud. The only thing I can say is that she absolutely deserves to be where she is today. She deserves to be a global star. This is Apollo. This story still stings. I returned from a tour in Iraq in early 2015. My wife was pregnant with our first son. I knew I would not be going anywhere for several months, unless there was a dire need. We decided the time was right to get a dog to add to our growing family. I don't remember how we found Apollo. We got him from the shelter, but I don't know if Dolly saw him online or if we just stumbled across him. I was struck by his amazing eyes. I'd had an Australian Shepherd before and I knew it was a breed that I loved. He hopped right in my car. Dolly even took the back seat so I could sit next to my new best friend. Together, we brought him to his new home. What a great dog he was. We immediately became tied at the hip. I took him for walks, runs, and hikes off leash. I put in the time to train him; we would walk to the bakery or the butcher shop (at the time, we lived the town life), tell him to sit outside, and he would be there on the sidewalk still sitting here when we came out. It was wonderful having such a happy and well-trained dog. Everybody loved him. They'd never seen a dog with eyes like his. I'm sure he loved all the attention too. My first concern came with my newborn son. He did not do as well with children as I would have liked. At times, he gave him a sideways glance that I didn't like. I kept an eye on him as best I could when he was around my son, but he had given me no reason not to trust him, so I didn't worry much. He was wonderful in every other way. Then, suddenly, he wasn't. We had a notary over to collect signatures from us so we could close on a refinance of our home. After sitting at our dining room table for about an hour, signing papers, the notary rose to leave. Apollo, who had been sitting at my feet, must have been startled by the sudden movement. Like a bolt of lightning, he bit. Just once, but it was a shock. The notary was a real mensch. He didn't get angry. He showed humanity. He knew that we would never have had Apollo unrestrained if we had had any idea that he would do something like that. If only everyone was so understanding as he. But fear crept into my heart that there was something about my dog that was not compatible with the family life that we had. We kept Apollo on a shorter leash after that, both figuratively and literally. The off leash hikes were a thing of the past, but we hoped this would prove to be just a one-off anomaly. It wasn't. A month and a half later, just days out from another deployment, I was sitting in my living room talking to a very good friend, a Master Gunnery Sergeant in the USMC (who, as an aside, donated $1,000 to our GiveSendGo campaign to #SaveLucy, thank you 🙏). Apollo was familiar with him already, so I was off my guard, and didn't notice Apollo giving him the stinkeye until it was too late. Apollo lunged and bit. He immediately backed off, but the horrid realization came to me at that moment that my fears were true. My options were limited on the eve of a deployment. To socialize Apollo and train this behavior out of him would take time. I didn't have time. We also didn't have family in the area and Dolly was pregnant again. I couldn't leave my pregnant wife alone for the duration of my tour with a dog who had shown a tendency to bite. I couldn't turn a blind eye to the sideways look he occasionally gave my infant son. Not anymore. I made the devastating decision to rehome him. On what I knew would be our final ride together, he hopped right into the front seat and looked at me, tongue dangling out of his mouth in a happy, sloppy pant, his nub of a tail bobbing up and down, wondering what wonderful adventure daddy was taking him on this time. I'm sure he was confident it was going to be a great time no matter what. It felt like betrayal to me. When we reached the shelter, he faithfully followed me in. We sat in a corner. He leaned against my legs and I stroked his head one final time. It felt like we sat there forever, but I didn't mind. I would have been happy for time to stop, to stay in that moment, just me and my dog, stripped of all externalities, for eternity. But time didn't stop. At length, the door opened and a lady entered. Apollo pressed in against my shins. His 40 pound weight felt heavy. Crushing. I gave him one last embrace, then closed my eyes. This is Apollo. This story still stings. I returned from a tour in Iraq in early 2015. My wife was pregnant with our first son. I knew I would not be going anywhere for several months, unless there was a dire need. We decided the time was right to get a dog to add to our growing family. I don't remember how we found Apollo. We got him from the shelter, but I don't know if Dolly saw him online or if we just stumbled across him. I was struck by his amazing eyes. I'd had an Australian Shepherd before and I knew it was a breed that I loved. He hopped right in my car. Dolly even took the back seat so I could sit next to my new best friend. Together, we brought him to his new home. What a great dog he was. We immediately became tied at the hip. I took him for walks, runs, and hikes off leash. I put in the time to train him; we would walk to the bakery or the butcher shop (at the time, we lived the town life), tell him to sit outside, and he would be there on the sidewalk still sitting here when we came out. Elon Musk literally sat down for a 45-minute talk with Y Combinator that explains how to build world-changing companies better than any business school on earth. This is the advice he gave a room full of young founders: 1. Don't try to build something great. Try to build something useful. Everyone obsesses over greatness. Musk says that's the wrong target. "I didn't originally think I would build something great. I wanted to try to build something useful. I didn't think I would build anything particularly great. Seemed unlikely, but I wanted to at least try." Aim for useful first. Greatness, if it comes, is a byproduct. 2. When you can't get in the front door, build your own door. Before Musk started his first company, he tried to get a job at Netscape. "I sent my resume into Netscape and nobody responded. I tried hanging out in the lobby to see if I could bump into someone, but I was too shy to talk to anyone. So I'm like, this is ridiculous, I'll just write software myself." He didn't set out to be a founder. He became one because no one would hire him. 3. He slept in the office and showered at the YMCA. The origin of his first company was not glamorous. "We couldn't even afford a place to stay. The office was 500 bucks a month, so we just slept in the office and showered at the YMCA." He couldn't afford proper internet either, so he drilled a hole through the office floor and ran a cable to the internet provider downstairs. That was the founder of the future richest man on earth. 4. Keep the chips on the table. When Musk sold his first company, he received a $20 million cheque. He did the same thing decades later, over and over. He hates money sitting idle. Money is fuel for the next mission. 5. Start with the mission, then work backwards to make it a business. Musk didn't start SpaceX to make money. He went on the NASA website to find out when humans were going to Mars, and there was no plan. So he decided to build one. "There had been no prior example of a rocket startup succeeding. A small chance of success is better than no chance of success." The mission came first. The business model came later. 6. He started SpaceX expecting to fail. He is brutally honest about the odds. "SpaceX started in mid-2002 expecting to fail. Probably 90% chance of failing. When recruiting people, I said, we're probably going to die, but small chance we might not die." The first three launches failed. The fourth one worked with no money left. "If the fourth launch hadn't worked, it would have been curtains. We made it by the skin of our teeth." 7. Break every problem down to physics. This is the core of how Musk thinks. "First principles means break things down to the fundamental elements that are most likely to be true, then reason up from there, as opposed to reasoning by analogy." His example is rockets. Everyone priced them based on what old rockets cost. Musk asked what a rocket is actually made of, priced the raw metals, and found the materials were only 1-2% of the historical price. The rest was inefficiency he could attack. 8. When told something takes 24 months, break it down and do it in six. Last year xAI needed a giant computer to train its AI. Suppliers said it would take 18 to 24 months. "It's like, well, we need to get that done in six months or we won't be competitive." So he broke it into parts. Needed a building, so he found an old factory. Needed power, so he rented generators. Needed cooling, so he rented a quarter of America's mobile cooling capacity. He slept in the data centre and ran cabling himself. It got done. 9. Watch your ego-to-ability ratio. Musk's single sharpest piece of advice for young founders is about staying honest with yourself. "A major failure mode is when your ego-to-ability ratio gets too high. Then you break the feedback loop to reality." Keep the ego small, internalise responsibility for everything, and stay ruthlessly connected to what's actually true. "You want to close the loop on reality hard. That's a super big deal." 10. Chase work, not glory. His closing philosophy ties it all together. "It's so hard to be useful. The area under the curve of total utility is how useful you've been to your fellow human beings times how many people. If you aspire to do true work, your probability of success is much higher. Don't aspire to glory, aspire to work." He was ridiculed for years. The press called him "internet guy attempting to build a rocket company." He agreed it sounded absurd. He started SpaceX expecting to fail. He is brutally honest about the odds. "SpaceX started in mid-2002 expecting to fail. Probably 90% chance of failing. When recruiting people, I said, we're probably going to die, but small chance we might not die." The first three launches failed. The fourth one worked with no money left. "If the fourth launch hadn't worked, it would have been curtains. We made it by the skin of our teeth." 7. Break every problem down to physics. This is the core of how Musk thinks. "First principles means break things down to the fundamental elements that are most likely to be true, then reason up from there, as opposed to reasoning by analogy." His example is rockets. Everyone priced them based on what old rockets cost. Musk asked what a rocket is actually made of, priced the raw metals, and found the materials were only 1-2% of the historical price. The rest was inefficiency he could attack. 8. When told something takes 24 months, break it down and do it in six. Last year xAI needed a giant computer to train its AI. Suppliers said it would take 18 to 24 months. "It's like, well, we need to get that done in six months or we won't be competitive." So he broke it into parts. Needed a building, so he found an old factory. Needed power, so he rented generators. Needed cooling, so he rented a quarter of America's mobile cooling capacity. He slept in the data centre and ran cabling himself. It got done. 9. Watch your ego-to-ability ratio. Musk's single sharpest piece of advice for young founders is about staying honest with yourself. "A major failure mode is when your ego-to-ability ratio gets too high. Then you break the feedback loop to reality." Keep the ego small, internalise responsibility for everything, and stay ruthlessly connected to what's actually true. "You want to close the loop on reality hard. That's a super big deal." 10. Chase work, not glory. His closing philosophy ties it all together. "It's so hard to be useful. The area under the curve of total utility is how useful you've been to your fellow human beings times how many people. If you aspire to do true work, your probability of success is much higher. Don't aspire to glory, aspire to work." He was ridiculed for years. The press called him "internet guy attempting to build a rocket company." He agreed it sounded absurd. So first just brief few words of introduction in terms of credentials. So Mike Yeadon, I've been a professional research scientist for over 30 years in the pharmaceutical industry and in biotech. My first degree was in biochemistry and toxicology. It was a joint honours degree. I got a first, then I did a second degree, a PhD. It's a research based piece of work lasting three years and my focus was respiratory pharmacology, the study of impact of drugs on respiration and so on. And that led into my career where I became a senior research scientist responsible for new drugs to treat allergic, respiratory and later dermatology diseases. I was at one point Vice President and the most senior research person within Pfizer Global R&D, and I left in 2011. And for 10 years after that, seven of those I was founder and CEO of a biotech called ZIARCO which was acquired by Novartis in 2017, since when I've been a consultant although I've discontinued those activities in the last four and a half years or so. So I've not earned a penny from speaking out in the last four and a half years and I don't want to either. There is a longer video by me recorded a month or so ago, 22 minutes long and it's called Silver Bullet and it's on my telegram channel and I hope rather more widely. But today I'm just going to focus on the design and effects of these so called vaccines. So I've been involved all of my professional life with other talented people trying to design and test potential new treatments for respiratory disease and as I say later on dermatology applications. So I can tell you that this, with my background in toxicology and my own research experience, 30 years in the industry, this qualifies me, I think better than any other commentator to evaluate what was in the minds of the people who designed these products. Let me tell you that every component in a medicine is chosen. It's chosen to be there. It's not random. It's chosen to be there to achieve some purpose, that's normal, perhaps to help a drug dissolve, to be absorbed, to persist in your blood, or to leave your body quickly to penetrate the brain if it was a neurological drug, or to stay close to the lung if it was an inhaled drug. So it's quite normal to make choices with objectives in mind. So I believe the intentions of the designers are written into the choices they made, the structures and components, formulation of these products. So I'm going to use those skills, as it were, to back calculate what was in their mind, what objectives did they have when they chose these structures and formulations. So I'm going to just say, before I get into that, just one thing about these so called "vaccines". My experience of the industry over 30 years tells me it is formally impossible to invent, research, test, evaluate, manufacture, gain authorization for, and launch a complex new biological product in under a year. It's formally impossible. I don't care how much money and people you put on it, there are a series of linear steps which when taken together, unless you miss some out, cannot be completed under several years. So if someone told you they had brought a brand new airline to market with new engines in under a year, I think you would know it's formally impossible to do a clean sheet design, to stress test, to manufacture, to test, to flight test, optimise the engines and get regulatory clearance and be ready to take you across the Atlantic in under a year. And of course it's never been done and it's never been done with complex biological products in under a year. So whatever else they did, they didn't do what they said because it cannot be done in under a year. Secondly, and I'll come to the examples in a moment, there are in these products numerous features which in my view, my peers, people like me, people with my training and experience would know for sure would give rise to the toxicities that I pointed out in 2020. They're not, they don't require particular skills you need to know how to do drug discovery and what can go wrong. But I'm not acting like a complete genius in spotting these, just someone who is a professional from this industry that has pointed out numerous features built in by choice that I believe I think they obviously confer toxicology, toxicity to the recipients. And as I've said, people designing these, people like me in wherever they were, pharmaceutical industries or the military, knew these things were going to happen. And that's why I say it's intentional. I'm going to give you three examples that you can go and test. So the first one is these are so called gene based products, that is they've got a string of genetic information in them. Now there aren't any products like that that are in routine use anywhere in the world. So they're brand new technology. But what you'll remember they told you that they do is they cause your body to make as a protein whatever was in that genetic code. Now it's absolutely basic immunology. How is it, do you think your body knows that what's inside of you is meant to be there and you don't attack it? And yet if something gets into your body from the outside or a tumour form, something that shouldn't be in you, your body can recognise that that's foreign or non-self and can attack it. And the answer is you tolerate everything that's meant to be inside your body. When you're in your mum's womb, we, we ruled out the ability to attack ourselves. Unless you get an autoimmune disease in later life, you play nice with yourself until something gets inside you or something goes wrong inside you. So ladies and gentlemen, if you are injected with a genetic sequence that causes you to manufacture a foreign protein, whether it's a virus or something out of a computer, it's not you and it's not meant to be in you, I assure you, your body recognises that it's been invaded, something's in there that shouldn't be and it launch a fatal attack on every cell that it thinks has gone wrong. It's trying to save you. So and that autoimmune reaction that destruction which your body is trying to, is doing because it's trying to protect you, that will happen anywhere in your body, any cell, tissue, organ in your body where unluckily your dose of what was injected into you lands. So if it lands in your heart, you could get myocarditis or a heart attack. If it lands in your brain, you could get a stroke or neurological conditions. If it's in your eyes, you could go blind. If it's in your ovaries, it may sterilise you. But that explains, in my view, a lot of the enormously diverse toxicity that's been seen with these products. So that's one, your body is being made to manufacture something that does not belong in it. And when that happens, everybody with the first lecture of immunology will understand why that happens. It's not an accident, it's in the design. It's a deliberate choice. The second one, then what was encoded in the so called "vaccines", now we're told it's spike protein. I don't think there is a natural spike protein, but proteins with sequences like that are known to be acutely toxic to blood cells, prompting blood clots to nerve cells, causing them to malfunction and probably other things I don't know anything about. So that's the second thing your body was making, was forced to make not only a foreign protein, something that didn't belong in your body, you were, your body was forced to make something that was directly toxic to your body. And the person who chose that sequence knew that's what the property of it was. It's not an accident, it's intentional. Then the third one is absolutely shocking. It's normal for drugs to be formulated that is to be wrapped in something. You'll see them in capsules or tablets. They might have a coating. If it's an inhaler, there might be some liquid with it so it can be propelled. In the case of these injectables, they were wrapped in really fatty globules called lipid nanoparticles, which means tiny little particles of fat. Lipid nanoparticles. Ladies and gentlemen, there were papers published as early as 2012, which I read a couple of years ago, that said that it is well understood in the industry by formulators that the payload that's contained within lipid nanoparticles when injected into animals and people leads to a disproportionate deposition of the payload into your ovaries. I remember the day I read that paper, I really couldn't sleep. The person who chose to use lipid nanoparticles to formulate the Moderna and Pfizer products knew perfectly well that what they would do is allow them to drift all through your body, through membranes as if they weren't there, and disproportionately deposit in your ovaries. And given I've told you the first two things, which is that will induce your body to attack every cell in the body that follows the instructions. And that instruction by the way, is to make a poison, you should no longer be surprised that people have been injured and killed and had their fertility reduced. I wish I didn't have to communicate this information. But there is no possibility that the people involved in designing these products did not know that they would have the effects that I predicted and that so many people have actually experienced it is intentional. There is ample evidence that this assault, which is not the only thing that's ever happened, unfortunately it's the first I noticed. I was a so called normie until 2020. I believe everything I was told. But this is part of a long planned assault by powerful wealthy people operating above the level of nation. So I'm afraid organisations like the United Nations, the World Health Organisation, the Bank for International Settlements, the World Economic Forum are populated by the people who I believe have orchestrated this attack on humanity and they're going to do it again. There are factories all around the world busy manufacturing these so called "vaccines" and formulating them in the way I just described. And they're going to come up with contrived reasons why you need to roll your sleeve up and I'm telling you, for the love of God, please don't do it. The only way we will push these people away is by speaking out as we see it and simply refusing to follow absurd instructions no matter what ostensible reason they come up with for you to do that.. In 2002, Elon Musk flew to Moscow three times to buy a refurbished missile. He couldn't close the deal. Most of you guys don't know that I grew up as a Christian missionary kid, with both of my parents in full-time ministry. What this meant is that I grew up seeing my parents imperfectly strive to be the hands and feet of Jesus. There were times when a homeless lady slept on our couch downstairs and a homeless man in a tent in our backyard. Other times when our side street was full of tables and people from the neighborhood as we fed the hungry. Constantly because I was homeschooled, school would be interrupted to help someone move something or donate stuff to the ministry thrift store. As a kid I often thought about how much more my parents could do if they had more money. That's where my desire to learn how to make money started because I wanted to be able to help their ministry. Somewhere along this journey I started to lose the plot and started to care more about money than God, which is a horrible place to get to. This morning while I was praying and thanking God for afflicting me, because truly before I was afflicted I went astray but now I love His law. A song that I wrote, I believe when I was around nine or ten years old, came back to my mind and truly it blows me away that my nine-year-old self had more wisdom at times than my late twenties self and my thirty-one-year-old self. And the reason for that is simple. All wisdom comes from God and man's wisdom is nothing compared to his, which means that if God wants to give a nine-year-old some wisdom, it can be greater than that of a PhD professor whose wisdom comes only from man. This is the song I wrote as a little boy. Verse 1: How crazy are everyday worries! How crazy the things that we dread! Oh how pointless the things that we long for! Oh how pointless the lives that we live! Chorus: How crazy, how crazy How pointless, how pointless can we live? Verse 2: We know who we should long for. We know who we should praise. We know who we should obey. But it's easier said than done. I remember my parents telling me that it was pretty good but no one would want to sing it because the chorus was too depressing and people want to be uplifted. So from then on I would just sing it to myself because I didn't think it was depressing because it reminded me about what mattered. It reminded me that everything the world told me mattered didn't. Sometimes I would use the song to pray, too, before I went to bed or after I woke up. Jesus Christ is the one that we should long for. He's the one that we should praise, and he is the one that we must obey. For Jesus says, "If you love me you will do what I command." Maybe you're reading this, extremely skeptical of God or any religion. I just would ask you: what's going to be the end of everything you're pursuing now? Is your life not like a breath, here today and gone tomorrow? Is all of the money that you're gathering not simply going to be left to someone else for you're not going to be able to take any of it with you? Will not all of your memories that you cherish so dearly be lost with you when you die? Is not the fruit of all that you're pursuing meaningless if there is no God for the end of the universe is cold, dark, and lifeless and not even the generations between now and lifelessness will remember you? If there was no God there would be nothing. Just like if you live like there is no God, all of your pursuits will come to nothing. Yet "God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son so that whoever believes in him shall not perish but shall have everlasting life." You see we don't have a God of this universe who is impersonal who doesn't care for us. No he desires a relationship with us and the way that we know that is because he literally limited himself and came to earth as a man to show us the way to eternal life. He said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." When Jesus truly becomes the one you treasure above all else and when you look at Him, the blessed and only Sovereign, the King of kings and Lord of lords, He who dwells in unapproachable light, who no man has ever seen, and to whom belongs glory and eternal dominion. When you look at that and your heart becomes set upon nothing but His kingdom, He makes your path straight. He gives you work to do that will store up fruit in eternity that already today can earn you wages that will be everlasting. He will make our lives on this Earth not meaningless but full of far more meaning than we can even grasp, comprehend, or imagine. Lord, I just lift up every single reader of this post and ask that You would open their eyes, God, by the power of Your Spirit. That You would soften their hearts, Lord, and give them understanding by the fullness of Your power, Lord, because by human wisdom Your Kingdom cannot be grasped. So Lord, call them by Your Spirit that they may answer You, that they may repent and that they may live starting today for eternal life. Amen.

😱😱🚨🚨🚨 Popular Youtube Doctor / Influencer, Dr Boz makes a dramatic U-Turn on the experimental gene therapy. Highlights All right, so this was the other part that bothered me. It bothered me from the beginning, but it really makes me nervous once you see what this I had heard whisperings about this, but I didn't believe it. I did not believe it. so this bothered me from the beginning, though, that they kept using the word vaccine when it was not like a normal vaccine. This is a messenger RNA. this is a strand of single DNA, or rna that you make DNA from, so that you're teaching the body about how to respond to this by impacting your dna. So it shouldn't have been called vaccines. It should have been called gene therapy product, because it was really changing the gene. The problem with what they were playing with is there is no off switch for this. In a vaccination, your immunity rises and then it falls and your body's done with what they were playing with. There's no mechanism built into our bodies that has the ability to turn it off. Like, if you take that messenger, that DNA, you have a messenger RNA. Now you're making a protein. Well, how do you stop making a protein once this turns it on? ..... Some batches were contaminated with double stranded rna. The double stranded DNA has a high potential to trigger immune inflammatory reactions such as myocarditis. So here it gets a little bit. This is where it really bothers me. So you say, well, I don't know much about these vaccinations. Is that like a normal thing to find in your vaccination with an mrna is you're going to have some double stranded things, they say, each batch variability further complicated in recent findings of DNA contamination. Again, DNA contamination. First of all, what the hell is DNA doing in a vaccination that is supposed to be for the protein production to fight off this virus? but in the analysis of multiple vials high levels of DNA contamination in both a monovalent and bivalent vaccines in orders of magnitude higher than the limitations. What they found was an enormous amount of DNA particles in the rna that I injected into me, into my kids, into my patients. so how does such dangerous large scale contamination escape the scrutiny of the public health officials? And were the manufacturers aware of all of this excess dna that was found inside these vaccinations? Oh yeah, this is the part that I wanted to say. so when you have foreign dna in your human genome, it disrupts the existing natural genetic sequence. It also carries a further risk of disease, including cancer. I mean, DNA in your body, very dangerous, just like CRISPR, except it's random chance of what the heck's in there? Because it's a contaminant. It's not intended to be in there. What's it doing in there? .... There is an 803 increase in autoimmune disorders when people had these vaccinations. And it goes on to say, we not only know that, we know that as you look at some of the images from people who have autopsies from death due to myocarditis, I wonder if this is. Here we go. ... This spike proteins are found in the cells of human heart. Cells with spike proteins inside the muscles of these patients. Again, spike proteins are not supposed to be inside us at all. The people who had Covid didn't have spike proteins found in their cardiac tissues. The people who had the vaccinations, the ones who had this messenger rna that made a protein, and then they made the protein and didn't have the off button, well, they're now found at autopsy in the cells of cardiac tissues. And here are the. I mean, that sounds ridiculous. That sounds like something I wouldn't even believe until you start looking at the autopsies and wondering. .... they were using some of the people who started in the placebo line, but ended up with the vaccination in the data for the placebo. So they got the vaccination, they had a significant adverse effect. But they're being counted in the people who didn't get the vaccination because that's where they started. They didn't fix that. So you don't have to be a statistician to understand what I'm trying to say, which is they played games to have this bias towards the favorability of the vaccination. ..... 52,000 vaccinations would be needed in order to prevent one Covid-19 death. Now they go through talking about all this, how this number needed to vaccinate. They are taking a conservative approach to this. So as you do the math, they're rounding in a way to be conservative, giving the benefit of the doubt. and it's saying this exact injection, it is estimated that about two lives could be saved for every 100,000 injections. and then they go to say, but now we see that we have 27 deaths per 100,000 in the same batch of injections that were happening because of adverse events. So you're going to save two lives, but you are going to have 27 deaths as a result of the significant adverse effects. And yet this was not reported. There were nearly 14 times more deaths caused by the modified mrna injections. .... They recommended it in pregnancy when they knew that absolutely not one single subject in the trial was pregnant. I think that's just egregious. .... And then what was my part in it? How could have I been a little more? Again, I had all of my kids vaccinated. I had all of the people I loved vaccinated. And when you look back and say, dang, look at what it did to especially the kids. anyway, I say that to you, to say, this information is out there. I don't know how long this report will be there. I want to do my part in at least spreading the information that's in this report, because, holy mackerel, did a lot of work go into that report.

Someone sent a text message — a family member of the person who paid her that cash — and they put in writing that they sent the money for Kate's own expenses. So she lied to me in the car about what the money was for. Something’s up with that. [The Glarer] So she told you in the car that the money was for... [Grant] She said it was to pay for babysitters for people who need help and to donate to other people, which I don't believe. Like, of course not. Nobody believes that. [The Glarer] And then you found out — through what — that this money was actually for her personal expenses? [Grant] Eventually a text message got released from someone in the orbit of whoever paid Kate. It was a family member — I don't know who it was. I've only seen the text message. I'm happy to reshare it on my X later. In that text message, it says — quoting the person — "I sent that envelope with my sister over to Kate. It was for her expenses" or something like that. So even that is evidence. [The Glarer] Wow. Okay, so you are strictly of the opinion, based on things you've seen yourself, that Kate Peter is absolutely being paid by the Commonwealth to spin narratives? [Grant] I'll give you one more piece of information, Will, and maybe you or your audience can track this down: I don't think Kate was involved in the Karen Read investigation directly, but I think starting in the fall of 2023 she worked for a private investigator named Marty Kraft. And I believe by proxy she was then retained to work on Aidan's case through that PI firm. [The Glarer] Okay, and then she just became the mouthpiece between the PI firm and the Commonwealth is what you're saying. [Grant] I will say a few things: I reasonably believe she does have direct contact with the DA and agents of the Commonwealth — I've said that before — and I also believe that she has favoritism towards specific witnesses in the orbit of this case. Not all of them — specific witnesses. [The Glarer] Okay, well, I mean, we know who they are, but okay. [Grant] I will also say — I think — that your caller was prescient earlier, and they mentioned there might be some mutual blackmail. Well, we know that Lindsey Gaetani’s phone extraction was manipulated to remove messages from Brian Tully to Lindsey and from Kate Peter to Lindsey. [The Glarer] ...what's your deal with Lindsey? [Grant] Hold, on let's pull it back first. First of all, I think there was a bifurcation: there's charges from October 2023 against Aidan and December 2023 against Aidan. One set of charges, from October of 2023, involved the Karen Read witnesses; the other set, from December of 2023, involved Lindsey. I don't think anyone set Aidan up in December 2023. I think he was just in love with Lindsey and it kind of got out of control. [The Glarer] Bro... [Grant] Well, but hold on, Will... [The Glarer] I'm listening... [Grant] I think that cell phone extraction goes right to the mutual blackmail point your friend talked about earlier. Someone, during the course of the Aidan Kearney investigation involving Lindsey, manipulated that cell phone extraction, and it could have only happened while it was in State Police custody. That is the whole — that's everything right there because of Kate Peter is the only person who could have gotten Brian Tully to get Nick Guarino to manipulate that extraction while it was in State Police custody before Tully leaked it, by hand, to Aidan's lawyer. [The Glarer] Okay, so listen, Grant. Like, we know that Kate Peter and Lindsey were colluding. Now, I think Lindsey was used. But come on, we know that Kate Peter and Lindsey were colluding to try to set Aidan up. Like, you know this. [Grant] No, I disagree, because I've looked at the timeline closely. And that's — like — he looked at her phone that night to see the messages between her and Kate to try to find out about what this new grand jury was about. So no one set him up. I think I can finally report some success training a quite accurate IDM capable of recovering keystrokes from Minecraft gameplay, even in quite PvP-heavy situations. At this point the model does not only know what keys are pressed to the extent reasonably discernible, it also knows how fast it is moving in 3D space at all times, even when knockback is mixing with the self-move impulse. Now, recovering keystrokes from normal external capture footage is just about impossible. E.g. W/A/S/D does exactly nothing during partial tick frames and jumping mid-air is also equally useless, so asking the model to recover key down states is inherently unreasoanble. Mouse deltas are also completely arbitrary units, as game mouse sensitivity introduces an arbitrary scale factor into the equation. The only good option is to think carefully about your model-environment contract, and only record "logical actions", not raw keystrokes. So here's a few unfortunate lessons I had to learn in roughly this order. - Choose good units. (bad: mouse deltas, good: delta radians [yes, you will need game-internal state]) - Capture from inside the main game loop and read the game fbo to get consistent frame-action pairing. Doing post-mortem pairing is hopeless. - Carefully define when you think keystrokes actually have an effect. (jump only works on ground, when flying or in water etc.) More subtle: The key may already be down, but no tick has happened yet to actually use the value. Hence: ignore Seperate gamestate into "fast and slow-moving" components. E.g. movement is likely tick based, camera rotation is very likely updated every frame in essentially every game ever. - Think about your frame-action correspondance contract (How old is the frame in relation to the inputs you capture? Will double or tripple buffering affect you?) Think about the game loop timeline, where you are sampling, how old the data you are reading is, and where the ticks are happening around you. Language models used to simply not have a model-environment contract, but even now with the model "living" in a designated harness, the contract still boils down to formatting, and tool implementation intrinsics. While also important, it is still quite a bit more obvious because the violations are in some way shape or form reflected as text you can actually see. - ffmpeg dropping frames cummulatively screws the model the further you get into the sequence because your targets are now shifted. If you can't encode the video in real-time, too bad. - Sodium has a frames in flight system different from vanilla Minecraft, which will also offset your targets from your frames. (there goes that data...) - Models are succeptible to latency. If there is too big of a delay between action and on-screen reflection, your performance degrades. At this point I realize ~100hours of gameplay is essentially no longer usable as a dataset. You can train on this data, but all you'll get is a mushy mess. However, some good news: - Making the model predict physics gamestate scalars helps the model generalize. For instantaneous events like jump, it's unreasonable to ask the model emit a short burst of jump=true at exactly the right time, however if you also predict your current y-velocity, the model has supervision signal for the "latent" from which that onground jump becomes apparent. Recovering x/z motion is also somewhat easier than unmixing it into plausible keystrokes for inertia-heavy player controller logic. - Regressing physics gamestate scalars also seems to make your dataset "bigger". While pure keystroke classification will overfit quickly, predicting exact physics gamestate scalars forces the model to generalize more and you can tolerate far more epochs before validation loss starts to stall out. This is the only reason why it was bearable to dump 100h+ of dataset hours and replace it with ~3 hours of gameplay after the 4th revision of the file format (yeah...) and somehow still have better performance. Now, you might be asking, "isn't this brittle?" and the answer is yesn't. Frame-action correspondance matters for training, but not so much during inference. So as long as you are sampling in roughly the same interval as your training data, you aren't violating any hard contract per-se. Somewhere around the frames ticks are happening, and during training you capture various tick-capture offset relations per random chance, so nothing is too obviously wrong here. HOWEVER, you will get screwed by gui scale, shaders, resource packs, "shit that recording is 1920x1040 because somebody doesn't know fullscreen exists" and other unfortunate edge cases of reality. But I suppose this is the role of dataset size. If all those "contract violations" that a youtube video has compared to the training data are addressed, I think this is a way to turn Youtube into a labeled dataset. I could never shake the feeling that VPT is a sound idea in practice, while never having been properly executed, and I think one reason why it hasn't is because that label boostrapping part is just a pain in the butt to get right. Now, what the player is doing is of course not the only label you can extract from video, but it has to be one of the targets predicted during pretraining to "align" the pretraining objective. Some notes on the video here, the colored dots on the analog visualizer are the ground truth, while the gray dot is the model prediction. Green means correct prediction, red means incorrect prediction at that frame. Model P(key) reports how wrong the prediction is from green (0.0) to red (1.0). You will also notice that during periods of rapid slow down, left and right actions become close to irrecoverable, because there is just that little motion. And some jump actions are not predicted correctly because I got the detection condition for jump events wrong... (duh) LMB/RMB for other than sustained events (like item-consume and block break) also seem to be hopelessly irrecoverable for now. Swing was supposed to do the same thing as motion y did for jump, but its too well behaved as an increasing counter. Maybe partial-tick interpolated values work better (v5 file format then... ugh..)
