SLT. You have a TA all day Me. Fantastic. I can ask her to do all those jobs which I normally do & end up being here until 7pm. TA. I’m on gate duty til 9am, I’m then with our KS1 1:1 child til break, then I have to get to take Y4 maths. After lunch I have phonic interventions 🤷‍♀️

Could you stand outside the toilets in your breaktime to ensure no more than three yr7s in there at once? Oh and no eating in the corridor. You need the loo? That's unlucky. Just wait.

It’s a wet break, can you go another three hours without the toilet? Great?
