Stargate means a lot to a lot of people. Amazon MGM Studios I really do call on you to actually communicate with the fans on this one. This isn’t a small franchise. In its 350 hours of television that accrued millions of fans worldwide. They deserve a little bit more respect than a PR drop in a Variety article. We and many others want Martin Gero Stargate and vision. We wanted the team that comes with that elite baller knowledge. Joseph Mallozzi 🏴‍☠️ and Co have been incredible bastions in community along with Dial the Gate | The Stargate Oral History Project and GateWorld.net #SaveStargate You had these guys on a video dropped on your channel with the promise of a show. What went wrong? Reinstating the Gate will happen. How and what it looks like? That’s down to you the IP holder after all. Hi Amazon MGM Studios, Many of us now work in filmmaking because of shows like Stargate SG-1. It inspired us with its rich lore, believable character interactions, human drama, and its grounded military science fiction setting. It showed the progress of humanity from its first baby steps through an unknown portal into a space-faring species. The show was hopeful, human, and naturally diverse. It showed the world and mankind coming together despite our differences to create something better. Indeed, that is what the core of Stargate is and always has been. We are from around the world. We are men, women, fathers, mothers, grandparents, grandchilren, and proud of the values Stargate has always stood for. It's rare for a franchise that appeals to people across a political divide, but Stargate always has. It has always stood for the message that we are stronger together. These are the fans. Martin Gero, Joe Mallozzi, Brad Wright, and everyone else involved have had decades to understand this. There is no better team to trust than the ones who've been there with us the longest. It's a symbiotic relationship. I, and every Stargate fan, urge you to reconsider during this Window of Opportunity. Back in the day, Stargate accomplished a lot on what, at the time, was a pretty modest budget. A big part of our success was thanks to our in-house visual effects team led by VFX Supervisor Mark Savela. Check out this EVA chasm jump sequence from Stargate: Atlantis's "Adrift" featuring Sheppard and Zelenka. It was shot in what we coined, appropriately enough, the VFX stage - home to the village set, some Atlantis interiors, and the hive ship.

Dylan Patel says OpenAI has hit the compute ceiling. Their last pre-training run was so large they “literally can't go any bigger” until Stargate comes online. So now the frontier shifts to RL and efficient architectures -- not model size. It doesn't matter if you're building AGI for the benefit of humanity or not, all roads lead to profit. (If AGI lets them.)

The CIA ran a psychic spy program during the Cold War. I got my hands on the original documents … and was blown away by what they achieved. Science has no way of explaining this. While Scorched Earth was the first script we wrote for Stargate PRIOR to officially joining the production, Window of Opportunity was not, in fact, the first thing we wrote AFTER we landed on staff. No, that distinction goes to the lyrics to the Stargate: SG-1 theme song Paul and I composed shortly after moving into our offices. Over 12 years, 14 seasons, 350 hours of television - I feel that this remains one of the best things we ever wrote for the franchise. Director Peter DeLuise coaxed us into performing it for one of the DVD extras. Enjoy.

Ok.. I have to be honest here. Who remembers Eric Hecker? You know, the plumber, electrician, firefighter, neorophysicist, UFO, future teller, whistleblower, and key holder to every door at Raytheon's facility in Antarctica, who spent time in Alaska breaking up constitutional militias and scattering them to the wind? Eric was an expert on directed energy weapons, and intentional earthquakes. Mr Hecker was also experimented on as a child to be a remote viewer in the Stargate Project. Given all the hubub over Shaw's latest episode.. My opinion is .... ....Shawn either doesn't vet his guests like at all, or he is part of the psyop. Take it or leave it.
