Calls it “a tool” like stop-motion or CGI before and what ultimately matters is “imagination, originality” of whoever uses the tool: “I think AI — used in the right way — is a tool like any other tool. Some people need to hear this again. I've said it countless times before in pretty much all my videos over the last year(s): If you're serious about software engineering (i.e., you want to get or keep a job or get serious work done) => You NEED to be open to AI! Use it as a tool. Don't dismiss it as "slop" or a fad. If that's your take, you need to THINK AGAIN. The Zig approach of banning AI is NOT the way unless you're doing this for your personal joy. Which is fine. It really is. But it will NOT land you a job, if that's what you're going for. And rightfully so, because I truly am convinced that you ARE way more productive with AI. When using it correctly. As a tool. Which is what we're all still figuring out.
