So true, but the Indian real estate industry is mostly filled with crooked self claimed builders, not the real developers with the right intent or purpose. Hope to see more developers follow this path to become consumer oriented rather than just being interested in money making.

If the high is $126k Around 37k area will be approximate target. Also before you rebuttal just do your research. Anyways that means if you can own just one BTC if it falls around 70% again… approximately $88k per coin is yours. Or look at it as 3-4x your money even if you can’t afford one full coin. Why because historically it always retraces back to all time highs. A bear market from the high of $125k will be a crazy gold rush when this happens. Basically 25-40k is the lowest it could go from here. Worst case scenario.
