Political theater at it's finest. Watch the entire video of a man, barging in to a press conference, does not announce who it is, is not wearing his pin, and starts demanding @Sec_Noem answer his questions. Not even 20 minutes later, he has his own press conference happening. This was orchestrated. Anyone with eyes can see this. Here is the entire video of it happening:

Noem was describing what she called the "burdensome leadership" of California's governor and the mayor of Los Angeles, when Padilla interrupted and attempted to ask a question before being pushed from the room. "This all happened very, very quickly," Evans describes. "It was only then, after he was being dragged out of the room that he identified himself as a U.S. senator."
