No. It's how security deals with a clown who's trying to instigate the very behavior he claims to be against. Here's an idea: As a sitting U.S. Senator, maybe @SenAlexPadilla could work on changing laws he doesn't agree with instead of engaging in the performance art of aggressive victimhood.
