That is not just bullying. That was clearly aggravated assault with the intent to commit serious bodily harm. Those blows to the head were the worst.

I would go to jail for assault on minors.

First do a police report since dude recorded it. Let them do whatever they do. Then the other we don’t speak on. Then, now, later, or ever. What it is, is what it is after that type of thing Way past civilized

Until I start seeing videos of the opposite, then there is nothing you can do. We have too many people not teaching their children to defend themselves because they live in a world where in their mind everything is safe all of the time. Well, it isn't. Teach your kids how to defend themselves. If you don't, then you're only teaching them how to be victims.
