A few minutes of humiliation vs a lifetime of a spoiled rotten kid. It's not really a hard choice.

I would say “listen you little bitch, we don’t negotiate with terrorists no matter how short they are”

If I had a child like this, they wouldn't even be coming to the store with me. But it's definitely a parenting issue.

This isn’t an issue from that day. The child has been taught her whole life by their in-action that she can just act like that and then they’re surprised that she’s acting the way they have allowed.

I would leave the groceries, take them to the car, and drive them home. Never take them to the grocery store again until they follow the rules. They have school or go alone at night when Dad can watch them. Who is the adult in the room? Guess who is running this family? Not the parents.

You already made pretty huge mistakes as a parent if your child is at this point.

Husband is weak, the family is a walking billboard for diabetes and obesity. The man has no handle on his family.

I can’t say what I’d do. But, my kid if my kid tried that, it would be one time.
