Predictable guidance ? You go up in front of the rare disease community talking about modest steps forward for a Duchenne patient and weeks later slap $capr with a CRL for following your own guidance due to lack of data . You should resign

Can Marty Makary explain exactly how the FDA does NOT communicate with Big Pharma? As a physician who has read countless articles on drug development it seems to me that FDA - Pharma communication is frequent, fluid and quite transparent. I think that Makary is making this up.
