This man was leaving his parking garage, the badge he uses to raise the parking gate is malfunctioning, it won’t let him out, he calls for help on the intercom. The woman on the other end is less than useful, she claims he has to pay now and be reimbursed later by his apartment manager. He tells her he doesn’t have any money on her and she tells him that he can’t leave without paying. At this point you are being held hostage in this situation, what would you do, drive through the gate?

You don’t get a free meal because you feel like arguing. Staff cook it. Someone has to pay for it. The real charge is fraudulently obtaining food. You can get arrested for it. You should. Then acted shocked when police showed up. This is the part people keep getting backwards. If you can’t pay, don’t sit down and order. If you sit down and eat, you pay. Simple rule.
