I removed grains and sugars and upped protein and veggies - down 25 pounds of fat so far

By going carnivore/keto, i've noticed HUGE changes in my digestion, energy, skin, etc.. its been a game changer for me. Nice work @paulsaladinomd

The crucifix family of vegetables is not BULL SHIT. We have a lot of nutritional science to back this up. The longest-living people in the world today are consuming these foods. The leaf of broccoli and the sprouts are extremely nutritious and immune supporting for human health hands down no debate about this one. In the not too distant future, salicylate intolerance will be the new gluten free. No one talks about it. Very little material on it. Eliminating these foods was a game changer for me.

I decided to remove vegetables to see if I can finally get rid of excess fat in the ab area. Have done calorie restriction and keto to no avail. Will see what happens over the next 4 months...

Removing seed oils, veggies and grains helped but I still have thyroid antibodies and just yesterday I had to start thyroid meds. I was hoping that I dusch have to but I'm suffering. I removed these things years ago but still can't get thyroid issues into full remission sadly

Yeh of course has nothing to do with eating the rotted corpses of murder victims. No biggie must be broccoli. 😂
