Don't be surprised when you see an ETF fall 30% in ONE day. Everyone in this market is playing the same game: They know prices are stretched, but they stay fully invested because they're convinced they'll be the first ones out the door when things go wrong. Millions of investors all standing next to the same exit, all believing they'll beat everyone else through it. But there's a BIG problem with that plan. On the way up, nobody complained because we were all drunk on making money. But the car also runs in reverse. Look at the mechanics underneath this market: There is record leverage, zero DTE options everywhere, levered ETFs stuffed with the same crowded names, and a mountain of trend-following money. If the market rises X, the CTAs have to buy Y. But what happens when it goes DOWN? Two weeks ago, I said the trap door was going to open under these crazy tech stocks, and that the best short opportunities of my 45 year career were in semis, Mag 7, and the consumer. Two weeks later, the semiconductor index is down nearly 20% from its record. That is bear market territory. The Nasdaq fell almost 3% this week. Micron dropped more than 10% in a single day. I also said the next $10 to $15 in crude was UP while retail speculators sat record short. Crude went from under $72 to over $82 and the shorts got carried out on stretchers. AI is the BIGGEST bubble the world has ever seen. My good friend Julian Garran at MacroStrategy Partners estimates the malinvestment at 17 TIMES what we saw in dot com. Tell me about the cash flows. Tell me about the return on investment. WHERE IS IT? Tech-related names are roughly 40% of the index. When this train wreck finishes, it takes the indices down with it. My positioning: I own resource and energy stocks, hedged, and I am short consumer discretionary and tech. That trade works whether the market goes up or down. And if you're going to panic, panic early.

I go to the lakes near me to feed the wolf geece and ducks, they are so tame and come up to you…. There would have been a fight in that lift if I was there wtf is going on in this country. I thought we were meant to be civil in this country

Unpopular opinion but staring into the sunrise and sunset is not bad for your eyes. I used to have terrible eyesight and I needed glasses just to see and correct my eyes but now I have perfect vision and I believe the thing that helped me the most is sun gazing. This means around 10 to 15 minutes before sunset and 10 to 15 minutes after sunrise, looking directly into the sun. The mainstream medical doctors and media will tell you that it's absolutely dangerous, but it has done nothing but good for my eyesight. This is because when you stare at the sun, you are exposing yourself to natural light, which most of us are extremely deficient in. The best thing you could possibly do is also ground as you look into the sunrise or sunset to get all of the benefits from grounding as well. it almost seems like the media was wrong once again.

Here's how I'd build a portfolio right now. I have about 30% in Bitcoin, a basket of AI companies I can get access to ( I own Astera Labs publicly, SpaceX privately). Always own a slug of the S&P. The Mag 7 has had its run but the other 493 are doing well this year. Some real estate and some gold. Then sit tight and bet the long term of the United States. This country is not going anywhere and here's why I believe that so deeply. Definitionally, everyone who came to this country was a risk taker. The people who got on a boat or a plane from somewhere else and said, I'm going to swing for the fences in America. When you swing for the fences you strike out sometimes and this is a culture that accepts getting your ass kicked and getting back up. That makes it neurally flexible and neurally plastic. Everyone knows that we in the north are subjected to a hideous massacre, and it is dangerous for me to go to a place from which I can receive an Internet signal... Believe me, when I see your message, this does not mean that I ignore it. This means that the signal is weak and the Internet is slow. But I see your comments and support with love.. I went to the doctor and had an ultrasound examination to check the tumor and blue marks in my abdomen. The doctor was satisfied with my condition and told me that it was just bruises from the surgery... We are still living in terrifying and difficult times.. The army is still waging a military campaign in the north.. and the tanks are about 1.5 km away from me.. I'm wondering for how long? When will this nightmare end? When will we get out of this hell? Death is no longer terrifying... This life is more terrifying... We still struggle every day to get food. They are still besieging us and using starvation as a weapon against us.. Me, the cats, and my family are all fine. The video below is of my daughter Julia helping me take care of the cats.. there is an idea came to my mind to plant a garden in order to get some vegetables. I bought the seeds from the black market for very ridiculous amounts.. and it will take approximately 3 months for the vegetables to mature.. We don't know if we will stay in the north or if we will live to eat from it. But it is worth the risk... because we miss eating fresh vegetables.. I hope you will support me to get through these difficult times We depend on the black market to get food and food is 100 times its basic price. I tried to tell y’all how it works when I’m on the beach or in a tourists trap. I see these guys walking around with icy drinks and since everything else in the country was cheaper than they are here I would assume his drinks would be too. These guys will come by and even take your “order” if I don’t see something I want, he will say he can make it for me. These women fell for this and ordered 3 drinks from him. One of the ladies was so thirsty she immediately started drinking it until he told them they owed him $75. Mind you these are adult drinks, the cups look to be a decent size so is it worth it or are they just tripping out? I am on the fence with this one, if it’s clean and good quality, I may say this is a fair price but the only one I’m questioning is the one who tried to give it back after she already drank out of it. Rarely will I side with a street merchant because I feel like they’ve ripped me off quite a few times. But I think his price is valid for this. I’ve paid close to the same price for much less when I was at the beach. Most of the time I can tell they are well drinks that they tell me are too shelf. Many people can’t tell the difference but I can. I only drink certain brands and I am very used to what they taste like. This kind of interaction is why I now only buy from restaurants and bars like I mentioned before. I am not going to get into an argument with someone over something I ordered but failed to check the price first. That old saying, “if you have to ask them you can’t afford it.” That doesn’t apply here because if I have to ask then it means they should have listed the price up front.
